To Mini or not to Mini???

Postby wizeguy » Mon Aug 11, 2003 4:17 pm

i was thinking about all the minis that have come out by funko and while thinking about it, i realized that there was one mini that no one mentioned that I would die to get my hands on...

That mini, folks is the

Black and White Wolf wisecrack (2 that I know of) that are in the grips of a rather large Black and White Freddy sitting inside a television set located in a little store in Knotts Berry Farm. The store name escapes me, but the image of freddy holding the wolf sticks!

Now, i don't know if Funko would cosider the b&w wisecrack wolf to be a variant or not, or if there is ever a way to get one, but all you completists out there...

THERE ARE 2 mini black and white Wolf Wisecracks out there!

(if anyone has a picture of what i am talking about, please post it for everyone to see)

I haven't seen these up close, but it appears these were painted for use as props. I don't know that I'd count that as an actual produced variation.

I would consider that more of a prototype than a variation. There are a lot of prototypes out there, due to the COF's kindness! Lucky us!

Mihi Wolf Black and White

Hi Funatics,
This wolf was hand painted for this display only. It was not a production piece. So in my mind it does not count at all but that is just my opinion. If these count every time someone paints 1, I would need a list from blue then. LOL
Thanks
Ron

If I remove...

Postby stingray67 » Mon Aug 11, 2003 10:43 pm

If I remove paint from the Window with Goof Off does that make it a variant or an exclusive?

Thanks for the heads-up on those RARE wobblers at Knott's. Now...let's see...if I leave my car running somewhere on Beach Blvd...one brick through the window and I can be out of there in no time!! Woohoo!! We're heading to Ebay, Baby!!!
