This Freddy is unlike other Freddys???

I got this picture off of the wickedcoolstuff website, and after looking at it for a couple seconds, i relaized that this freddy has a blank base and the FUNKO logo is way different than the other Freddys...

Is this a prototype???

Have you guys seen this one before?

I think that pic is on Let'sGetWacky, Wizeguy. If I remember right, that's the pre-preduction test paint job.
