Bring as much money as you can afford.
Last year there were three Comic-Con exclusive Wobblers.
Parking varies...park @ The Con and pay as high as $22 a day...wanna walk, it's cheaper the farther away you get.
If you are looking for FREE Wobblers...you probably won't get any.
As for getting them all...BUY what you like.
