It don't mean a thing if it ain't got a spring. Come inside and chat about Funko Wacky Wobblers (bobble heads, for the less sophisticated).

I was sitting here looking at my shelves full of Funko goodness and was wondering. How long from concept to final product. I assume the Funko original characters are a little quicker, no license agreements to deal with or approval by license owner etc. Who are the sculptors, and how long does it take 'em to finish a Wobbler up. I'd love to here everyones thoughts. It may be that little elves come in while the Funko Family sleeps and diligently manufactures each and every Wobbler while they whistle a happy toon. More than likely though a bunch of talented folks work long and hard to bring us out little pieces of happiness.
John: Don't you just love the graphics on this box?
Homer: No. How can you love a box, or a toy or graphics? You're a grown man.
John: It's camp!

I read once that sometimes the negotiations for licensing can take a year or more and sometimes it can happen in one phonecall.

I thought Mike Becker mentioned an article or something was going to be made explaining the process or maybe I'm making this up. My mind is not as sharp as it used to be if ever was sharp that is.

Sluggo,

It's OK. All of us Funatiucs do dream in FunkoVision, don't we???
It's hard to distinguish fantasy from reality, it's a side-effect!!
