I wish I didn't have such a big backlog of games already... If this takes off, I'm hoping they can bring back a Skylanders type game using Funko figures (pop, soda, etc.) to have as playable characters within the game. Something like Amiibos but Funko style.

Skylanders was a fun game. Lego Dimensions had the same concept and was also pretty fun. I wish those games had been around longer. Hoping Funko Fusion has more lasting success.

That would be cool! Maybe an offsite, or something far from the Funko booth because there wouldn't be any room

They could do it outside the convention center on the road where all the company's set stuff up.

That would be nice to play or at least see game play at SDCC. I'm interested and can see my kids getting into it.

I hope they do it this year because they are promoting it now.

It reminds me of one of the 3D Super Mario games, where you just enter different hub worlds to find things. As an old school platformer fan, that's exactly the kind of game I love and we don't see them as often these days.

So is the game like a multiverse with all of Universal's IPs, with the villain somehow bringing it all together? Won't lie being able to play in the Things world with Back to the Future sounds awesome. I only have a switch

They should set up a little area where you can play part of it at SDCC that way people can see what its like.

Maybe the company producing the game will have a booth at SDCC where we can try it out. Would be great to get some Funko swag for playing it too!

Im curious as well, I preordered from gamestop and hoping there may be some pops for preorders.

This looks like a really cool game, hopefully it’s really fun and they made it like skylanders and you scan the pops you own so you can play as them
