Mystery Minis T-Shirt???

Saw this posted elsewhere on the wide world intrawebs. Anyone know anything about where it was available and why there were none made (or were there?) for other MM lines? I would totally wear this! (as long as there were a 3X since I'm shaped like Santa Claus)

I wonder if maybe the licenses they got to do MM for those characters couldn't carry over for the shirts so they couldn't mass produce them? Not sure how that all works. That is an awesome shirt and design though.
