It's funny you say that where as I'm the other way around. I would have preferred it if the other boxes gave me more collectibles instead of apparel and the Disney box gave me apparel.

Definitely a case of less being more here. I have the year sub, really only in it for the theme park items but I got to say the contents are pretty darn solid here. I love the
Spoiler: show
Toy Story Mania tin & Woody mini set, hope the tin/mins stay a regular item and we get a Buzz Lighter & tin for Space Ranger Spin at some point.
Easily see the value here even at $3 more than other sub boxes and without the extra tchotchkes.

I get why some folks might expect more by precedent but still a home run here.

This box really blew me away. As a massive Pirates fan I don't know if they'll ever be able to top Pirate's Cove, but this box really blew my socks off!

Spoiler: show
The mini is great, and I'll need to pick one up. However, I'm glad I skipped. I'm not the target audience for 2-pop boxes, and my grandkids aren't as impressed with Funko products as I'd hoped. Maybe someday.
I bought a Mystery Mini and thought it was cool. Now I have shelves covered in Funko vinyl products. What Happened?

I was just thinking this same thing while watching the video earlier. Other Funko boxes are packed...with things that just don't appeal to me. I'd much rather a lighter box that I can appreciate more.

Personally I only buy the boxes for the Pops. The T-shirts are always too big for me, and I don't collect any other Funko lines. So I'm more than happy for them to put the focus on the Pops. I would much rather a big deluxe Pop, or two Pops and just one or two other small items - rather than one standard Pop and a whole bunch of stuff that I'm not interested it.

I do understand where people are coming from in terms of value. Some of the Star Wars boxes are good examples - the Rebels one had two pops and a mini Hikari and a T-Shirt and the patch and pin. But I kind of see those ones as being spoiled, rather than being the norm.

Generally when there are two Pops included, or a deluxe or Pop ride, I really don't expect much more. And if we do get something else, I'd rather it be another vinyl item rather than something throw-away, like sweat bands hahaha

I completely agree! I've never ordered any of the other Funko boxes but I've watched a lot of unboxings and there's so much extra stuff I don't need. The mugs are cool but I have so many coffee mugs already I don't need another one. Also I don't wear patterned socks, they just aren't my thing so those would go to a new home if we were to get them in this box. I love getting vinyl figures because that's the whole reason I collect Funko products! I'm very pleased with the contents of both of these boxes so far and can't wait to see what's in store next!

I received my Disney Festival of Friends box today and opened it. I was going to post pics but i didn't want to spoil it for anyone. I know I like to be surprised. I loved the 1st one and I would have to say this one is as good. I'm so happy I got the Pioneer subscription. Now have to wait until August. I do love getting stuff and it's already paid for. If you are waiting for yours trust me you won't be disappointed.

I'm probably the last horse to cross the finish line on this one, but I just noticed the rubber backing on the Disney Treasures pins is Mickey Mouse ears. So cute and what a great detail!
