Those were pretty much my feelings about this box as well! Kudos to Funko for surprising me again :-)

I'm surprised by the choice for the droid. One that I never thought of. There are very few that would cause me to skip this box, but that is one of them. At least it means more money for SDCC.

Hmmm...I was patiently waiting for the reveal so I could cancel. Now I'm leaning toward getting it. Like others said I hope we get a shirt. I already have 3PO, R2 and BB-8 socks so while I'm a fan of getting socks, hopefully not this box.

Sure is interesting. Not sure if I love it, but I do agree it's unique and I appreciate the effort of something new.

I've totally changed my mind and I actually LOVE the spoiled item. It took me a bit to think about it, but I am sold. I just love that it's creative and a bit outside the box, pun not intended!

It might not be for everyone, but I LOVE this! This may be my second favorite Pop! of this sub box after the Taun Taun! Big kudos to Funko on this one!

I saw on another thread someone asking about a white Death Star droid that they thought they saw on the back of the SDCC Bodhi Rook box. Some of the speculation was that it might be a second Pop for this box. Figured I'd bring that discussion here!

I've never noticed or paid attention, but do SB exclusives ever appear on the backs of non SB Pop boxes?

Yes they do. Orson Krennic (a Rogue One common) shows the two Rogue One SB figures on the back

Yes, although it doesn't appear that it says "Smuggler's Bounty exclusive" underneath the picture. Not that their numbering or box backs need to be that descriptive (or accurate)

It's almost impossible to not get spoiled when they release it so far in advance, but I will say I'm happy they seem to have (at least for this box) made it so that you could be fully surprised, unlike the last few boxes where you would see ads for what the main figures were all over Facebook.
