Brian, will the MCC subscribers exclusive be available to non- North American members?

I ask because members without a North American shipping address don't have a members exclusive section to click on. I missed Hobgoblin because of this. I'm in the U.K., where already I'm not able to buy Smugglers Bounty directly - so that means $30 of additional shipping plus almost $20 in customs fees.
