I personally am not a fan of the oscar style trophies, but honestly this is the one founder gift where a trophy would probably work really well.

Like everyone else, I really hope its a Walt and Mickey statue. I really don't like the oscar style trophies, so I hope its not just another one of those. I am excited to see what the patch is.

I got my email this morning for being a Pioneer subscriber. I think Funko did a awesome job with these and hope HT can give us the same great service as far as packing and safely shipping or do we just buy in store? I love almost all Disney so I got to keep the series going.

I’m so on the fence about wanting somebody to tell me what it is and wanting to open it and be surprised. Lol. Somebody above said it, they haven’t disappointed at this point, I can’t imagine they will now.

But I did hear somewhere, it may have been on these boards, that they can’t make Walt likenesses yet for legal reason? I don’t know if there is truth in that or not though.

fun fact: ASU's mascot Sparky the Sun Devil was designed by Berk Anthony, an ex-Disney animator, to resemble Walt Disney. Apparently he didn't like him too much lol

I've never heard that one before. I just looked up Sparky.... knowing that trivia, you can totally see it. lol

haha yeah, I graduated from there awhile back and heard that for years. Always thought it was an urban legend, but there is enough backing to suggest it's true. It does look just like a cartoon evil version Walt :evil:
