I don't mind fan service. I am a fan after all. I just thought it was really corny, WAY over the top, and completely unnecessary. There are other spoilery reasons I hated it, but I won't get into those here.

It’s pretty rare for boxes to run out from what I’ve seen

My guess is that everyone was high on the endgame hype after seeing it that they wanted whatever was in the box

I really need this box to be great. The only Pops I have gotten from this movie so far (and I have no interest in any of the ones they posted about today) are the unmasked Hawkeye/Ronin and the Hot Topic action pose Captain America. I can't do anything wearing one of those quantum suits, I am only interested in chrome/metallic when it actually makes sense (e.g. Colossus, Magneto), and neither of the new Thors really capture what I was hoping for. The only subscription box I have kept so far (I subscribe to Smuggler's Bounty and Collector Corps) is the Captain Marvel one, and that was just for the Pops (the t-shirt wasn't bad either), which I like enough to keep, but not enough to have gone after on eBay.

Well, the Pops I want from the Endgame box are the ones everyone is discussing in the spoiler thread (I don't know how long we worry about spoilers on a forum like this), one of which they approached, but in my opinion fell short on, with one of the Thors they announced today. From subscription boxes in general, I like T-shirts and Pops. I think movie moments are nice for an occasional collector who wants a large piece to build their single shelf of stuff around, or maybe for the collectors who have a display room the size of my entire condo, but they just don't work for me. As for the other stuff, I like it when it is small and consumable, like the R2-D2 Post-It Notes. I would have totally enjoyed using those for as long as they lasted if I hadn't felt like I needed to keep the Dagobah box complete in order to offload the movie moment that came in it.

I believe the Russos said Monday because at that point, everybody who REALLY wanted to avoid spoilers should have already had the chance to see it. You can always use spoiler tags if you're worried too!

After Funko announced the new Endgame Pops my excitement for this box grew a ton. 2 of the pops I thought could be options to be in the box are in that wave and that gets me excited.

I would love this as well. I think getting a pop or two, shirt, and a pint glass is the best combination. The pint glasses are a great addition.

I am fine with pint glasses when they're well done. But just slapping a quick appliqué on a pint glass is no bueno, IMO.
