The bag could have easily been opened and Billy placed inside and resealed. That's actually really cool. Unless the person also did a Red and Blue carded version!

in august i bought a collection from a guy named robert in los angeles. it consisted of all the releases at comic con 2004. there was a billy in a tube gray, billy gold underpants and this one. he said he bought it that way at cc04. i have no reason to disbelieve him. i got a good price on the whole set, so it's not like he was ripping me off. he had no reson to lie. i've examined the staples closely and see no tampering. i would love to hear what brian has to say.

Since this is inexplicable, it must have been done by Aliens from Uranus.

Now come on, ya'll. Uranus is just a planet in our wondrous solar system, (if you choose to perceive it differently.... well, it's a free country) and its very under rated. It's time we give Uranus some respect. I mean, we have the Mars Bar, Venus De Milo, Mercury Cougar, Saturn Vue, King Neptune, Micky's dog Pluto and don't forget, Earth Shoes. All the other planets have been so prominent throughout society for years, so, why not Uranus? :smt102

PS.... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

This sounds like a question for the "ASK FUNKO" section. Brian should be able to enlightening us on this.

All the header card pieces at CC 2004 were done at FUNKO. I don't remember anyone doing that as a joke so I'd have to say that some one bagged the beaver  after we sold him. I doubt it was done with malice so I wouldn't press charges. :D
