I always just "finish" collecting these ponies right before they announce the new ones. Received my Sparkly Octavia last week, and now there's more! They look awesome though... And Stacey puts a lot of work into getting us our sparklies. This isn't an every pony for her or his self thread... (Unless it comes to the new Freddy's :P). Saves a lot of us from going to the dreaded EBay.

I think it's funny that everyone remarks on the absence of her tail but no one mentions that she doesn't have ears or the top of her head. Still cute pieces, though!!

I think the normal production piece looks ok without a tail, but the crystal is throwing me off because it seems like we should be able to see a tail underneath the cloak.

I really like it though! Your protos look awesome Carol!

Yes , at least in the first season they do! (I haven't gotten past that season) There was one episode about her, her name is Princess Luna.

There are other evil characters, like Discord. Which would be awesome if they make him cause he kind of looks ridiculous (and he's voiced by Q from Star Trek). Also they need more males in the pony line like Big Mac to go with that awesome Apple Jack that Carol has, or Bulk cause he's hilarious looking. Sorry, my inner brony is showing.

I wonder who will be coming out with Apple Jack because they have all come out in pairs. Also why haven't they completed the mane 6 yet? They're making characters that I barely know anything about before making the main ones. My wife's favorite is Rarity and she's nowhere to be seen.

Dr. Whooves is actually a little smaller. It would be interesting to see if Big Mac is a whole new sculpt, or just a modification of Dr. Whooves.

I doubt he will be the same sculpt. Big Mac is a big dude. If they continue with show-accurate molds, I'm sure he'll be a bit beefier. I don' tknow about taller, but definitely thicker.

i tell you im not a big mlp fan but got the pops because my wife thought they were cute. i havent had any intention of picking up any of these vinyls but the 1 with the hat has me considering tracking down the clear variants. it looks pretty cool

They could go either way on this one, since he is bigger though I would imagine he is going to be taller as well, I mean Trixie got a bigger box for her hat, so we know they can easily adjust the box sizes, I mean look at Princess Celestia, no way her hair alone would take up a whole normal sized box plus her height! She's going to be one massive sized funko!

...four Hot Topics and still no new ponies in the city. :-/

Our second baby is very close to being born, we wanted to use these ponies bring back to our 3.5 year old little girl after the birth as a gift that baby brother brought back from his time in the uterus.

My wife started early labor this morning, so it isn't looking good. Our Pony Basket will just have to be sans-twighlight.
