Today's the day for Wonder Woman. There also seems to be a lot of other freebies in store for the event tonight. Is anyone else excited?

Also it seems you can purchase it online right now for those that don't have a store near them.

I just got my metallic one from the local b&n store by my job...they were just opening but I couldn't help it...it's pretty cool but not too different from the regular version. My first VV figure!

I do like the Wonder Woman VV... Not a fan of them as a whole. BUT Wonder Woman looks cool

That's good to know, I thought they wouldn't be available until the 7:00 event. I'll run by mine at lunch This will be my first VV as well!

WARNING... If you go to pick one of these up, make sure you're getting the metallic version if that's what you're looking for! I went by my local B&N and a fellow hunter was looking over the boxes. I struck up a conversation with him and he pointed out that some of them looked metallic while others did not. At first we thought it was just variations in the quality, but then he noticed that they actually have different stickers on them! If you look at the below photo, the one on the left says pre-release and the one on the right says exclusive. The pre-release version is nonmetallic, the exclusive version is the metallic one. The difference between the two is actually pretty subtle, so make sure to check them out closely! To compound the problem, they were all mixed together on the display.

PS- this was the B&N in Dallas off NW Hwy, if the person I saw is on these boards, thank you for possibly saving me from picking up the wrong one!

@treswright - I think the sticker is the only way to make sure...the regular says pre-release and the metallic is the exclusive. I brought the UPC codes this morning when I went to make sure, but they are VERY close...

Looks good! There were only 4 metallic versions and 2 pre-release versions at mine when I got there as well. I grabbed a metallic one as did the guy I was chatting with, so there were 2 when we left. I wonder if they were holding any back for the 7:00 event, but I'm guessing not. I would be disappointed to show up at 7 only to find out they sold out earlier in the day!

My BN only received one as well. I had to reserved her online and pick her up yesterday. They goodness they hold on to reserves for 3 days.

If I had more room here I would consider getting her cause she looks awesome
