Desperately Searching for Glitter Ponies

The new My Little Pony Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Apple Bloom are in Hot Topic stores now. Each pony has a crystal variant that myself and many other funatics would love to have. The world knows how hard they are to get. As in the past the pony group was hoping that we could all band together and get them into the hands of as many funatics as we can.

Whether you collect the ponies or not and you are willing to help us PLEASE let me know. I will call your Hot Topic stores to see if they have these ponies to pick up.

Please do not put yourself on the list if you are going to find ponies and not help other people on the list. It is not fair for people to help you and you not helps others.

Please do not put your name on the list if you have sold ponies at a profit that people have helped you obtain in this group. It is not fair to the people who have agreed to sell to the group members at cost and exact shipping.

Please do not put your name on the list if you have not been or are not going to be an active participant of this group.

If you are not on the list then please post to be added to the list.

I am going to try something different this round. Every time someone finds a Pony for a funatic on the list I am going to assign it in order of the list instead of trying to make sure that each individual person is complete. This way at least everyone has a chance of getting one pony.

So I will be searching for these for myself but if anyone wants to call around to stores close to me, (like always) I will gladly pick ponies up.
I will be checking in with my closest store in Woodbridge nj frequently but places you can call are:
Freehold nj
Staten Island ny
Bridgewater nj
Jersey gardens mall nj

Just called the 2 Hot Topics I'm able to go to, one got one of them in (I'm not sure which) but no glitter, the other got Scootaloo and Apple Bloom, and no glitters. :/

Thank for making the list again! Can I get the the CMC added to my list as well as Pinkie Pie, Daring Do and Sweetie Drops/BonBon? My brother helped me pick up most of what was missing from my collection for my birthday

I actually may not be able to do any pick-ups during the next 2 weeks bc of my board exams. Sorry, I just got really excited about the new ponies and didn't think about how the hunt would effect my exam prep :blush:

but when exams are done, I'll can help out for sure

I'll be searching for these for myself but would gladly pick up ponies for others but I'll need help calling at least for the next 2 weeks because I'll be studying for my board exams and can't call as often. After my exams, I'll be able to call more often but I have 10 HTs within an hour drive from me so if anyone can help call, let me know and I can give you the numbers

Also wanted to add that I'll be on the look out for you all as well, but I just moved into my new house and there's lots to do so I can't devote too much time to pony hunting (as much as I'd love to). I'm also further away from all the HTs I used to live near, by like... 20 or so minutes.

Do you think the ponies are not for sale on line at Hot Topic because so many people bought them in bulk and then return them?

I think it's more likely that they aren't putting them on the website until after Hot Cash ends Sunday. I've noticed they've done that in the past with new stuff.

Yes you can. Make sure Abe gets all the credit :smile_ears:

Maybe HT did not want to wait on glitters or deal with people calling and complaining about new orders being shipped before pre-orders. I just hope one store does not get all the glitters and is trolled by known flippers :forcelightning:

I highly doubt it. With chases, usually the distributor (Funko), won't allow the seller (HT) to sell them separate, there are ways to get around it, for example, Gamestop sells their Skylanders chases in bundles to get rid of the ones nobody buys. But I think it's unlikely.

Hmm interesting, well how come no glitters have shown up anywhere online, instagram, forums, etc this has never happened before? The only ones we have seen were at the Funko HQ right?
