When I was up at HQ I spoke to someone and they said it was an HQ exclusive and would be available for regular release April at some point.

I was surprised to find him when we visited HQ last week but I am happy we got him! He definitely was dressed up for Seattle weather! Super cute surprise :-)

Glad I was able to scoop this up at funkast event!! I'm sure its gonna be a regular store exclusive so eventually you can get it even on eBay for 25 bucks or so
