Did you email them and ask about the cancellation, or did they just send you shipping info?
I called them to see if we could re-order honoring the price I originally paid with hot cash and rewards. I knew to call because the website still showed the item in stock. She tried her hardest to get the discount to apply and get the prices to match my cancelled order, but the system wasnt cooperating. Her boss told her to zero out the items and ship for free (none of which I asked for) and that was that.
