Upper Deck Captain from Marvel cards??

I ain't got 13 but I'm still hoping for a set of whatever caps they are releasing. who knew that the generosity of a friend who got me a box at sdcc and the subsequent "encouragement" of others (looking at you caseyjones) that I would end up in this rabbit hole! I do love the ripping of the packs with the chance of a pop redeemable although my cats probably don't like me rubbing the packs on them for luck... hehehe

I would love a version with Star Wars cards, but it would be nice if we could get some info on the Marvel redemption. I submitted one for last year, and haven’t heard much of an update. Excited to see what it will look like and the piece count!

Yup! SDCC would be the ultimate showcase for them! They would probably sell out faster than the marvel did each day! Especially if they are event exclusives and not sold anywhere else.

Anyone have any information on this Pop yet? The anticipation for this since last year is driving me mad. No updates from Funko that ive seen in marketing or redemption emails. I am so excited for this. Having no leaks either is shocking.

I was concerned about this when the redemption dates on the back said we had until 2025 to redeem the card.

Redemption process for card companies like Upper Deck/Panini/Topps take forever. Plan on holding on for the long haul.

I forgot about that. People were going crazy at sdcc trying to get those boxes as soon as they found out there could be a pop redemption card.

I remembered trying to get the box the first days but it was impossible, also for the promo card. On the last day, I went to buy them more for FOMO, later I tried to change it to complete the set.

A few months later forgot about it. And waiting for redemption.

Wow sounds like those card made u work. I’m guessing nothing will come out of this because of how long it’s been. No redemption no nothing radio silent

I really hope not. I think Star Wars would do well and honestly I would love a Hanna Barbera cartoons set. Scooby and Flintstones would be my top favs.

Haha most were from random packs I bought at Target or Five Below. I think I only ripped 4-5 full boxes.
