I'd love to see some new Marvel and Star Wars Freddy's and Franny's. It's kind of surprising they've only done Freddy Vader as a soda. Franny as Leia would be awesome. Mainly just excited for all the new possibilities now that Franny is around!

I think usually just the Freddy they give away at fundays- IE tiki freddy and black lights. I think they’re gonna do a pirate Freddy giveaway this year

The trading/buying/opening boxes is so much fun. Last year we pulled a 100 piece Hopper and as I was walking to my bf's table people saw it and got an influx of cash offers. I said no to everyone and still have it. My bf told me it'd be stupid for me to give up a low piece count for just money (something I can earn more of).

Oh yeah, I mean I think that the aspect of trading, buying and selling is definitely one of the best parts of Fundays. You got 3,000+ like minded people united through the exact same thing. It’s a euphoric feeling when you’re surrounded by funatics. I still have all of my box of fun POP! that I’ve gotten at all of the Fundays I’ve attended but that’s because I have a sentimental attachment to it because I vividly recall the funatics, the shows, the food and the fun. I’ve done my fair share of trading as well but I usually keep my BoF in tact.

Last year, I saw a guy going table to table trying to do a one-for-one trade on one of the Freddy's (a Harry Potter for a Stranger Things). At the time, it seemed pretty even to me, but you have no idea how these values will change later (especially if you are trying to trade for one you find out about later), but absolutely no one was giving him the time of day. I was there with my gf and we had two of the same one (obviously from being on the same team), so I yelled over to him and traded him. It felt right to help out because you could tell he was just a guy that wanted it for his collection. He was so thankful and it just reminded me that when possible, we gotta help out other funatics. Later on I was in line for something not related and was talking to someone in front of me and they randomly gave me an exclusive I was looking for that's worth a ton now and I'll keep forever (had no idea it would shoot up in value at the time, mind you). I still wonder if karma swung my way from helping out a funatic when no one else would.

I agree about the euphoric and exhilarating feeling you get in that atmosphere. If you go with the mindset that Freddy's are supposed to be keepsakes to remind you of this moment that you are experiencing, it definitely enriches the experience.
