I stopped by two Targets (not in my normal hunting ground) and struck out at both. They both had the Funko section in the entertainment area, but no Batman and no Joker. I'll keep trying to find that Batman, or look for him elsewhere. He's super funky. I would like to have him in my collection.

My store didn't get any in stock. And Target doesn't have any policies about exclusive pops. Or anything, unless otherwise stated. The only policy that applies to employees is that something has to have had been put out on the floor (if we get something from the back, at least partial stock had to have been out once before) before we can buy it. Any other regulations would be put in place for high-demand and/or limited stock items.

My store said the same thing, 12 OH and 11 sellable, but I got there and they had 2 full unopened cases of 6 a piece. So the sellable OH must be a glitch.

Tracking showed my local Target had them in stock. I was the second person in the store at 8am and the guy in front of me took both Batmans and the Joker and that was that. This is why people are buying them on EBay, even at high prices. Just easier to do that than trying to track where they are and then when you find one, some d***** sweeps in and cleans them out....

The name-calling is inappropriate. Aaron is an established member here, a Pop collector who is also a Target employee and he has been very helpful to the Funatic community in helping people with information on Target exclusives. He was trying to explain to you why the employee did what they did.

This really disappoints me. I hit four Targets after work yesterday and they all had decimated Pop sections with between 4-6 SS figures left. It's just tough trying to stay positive hunting down a figure you want when you see them all popping up on eBay.

Well, I have checked 7 Target stores and no luck. 4 of the Target stores hadn't even opened the cases they were shipped in yet. I was the first there as they were opened. No batmans in any of them.

However, several of the stores did say they would be receiving a second shipment of them in the coming days.

Brickseek showed zero in my area (Dallas) yesterday. This morning it shows a dozen in several different stores. I just hit two of them. I got to the first one around 8:15 and there were only 5 SS Pops left, they must have put them out yesterday even though the store showed zero yesterday on Brickseek. So I went to the next closest store that showed 12 in stock and they were not out yet. I never had a chance to ask about them because there were already two people there hounding two different employees about them. I heard one say that several people had already been in looking, plus they had been getting a lot of calls. In addition, I overheard a 3rd employee talking to someone on the phone, explaining to them that they couldn't find the case anywhere and that it may still be on the truck. He promised to set the Pop aside for the caller, told him to call back in 15 minutes, hung up and then told another employee "if you find a suicide squad Pop we need to set it aside" At that point I knew the odds were stacked against me so I headed back to work. I'm not going to bother checking more Targets, it's pretty obvious that the flippers are out in force on this one. Hopefully the price will settle down after they've been out a while or PC will get them in at some point.

The word on the street is that the Batman and Joker are actually limited. Someone said a case had 1 Joker, 2 Batmans, and 3 commons.

This would be unfortunate. If this is the case, PC here I come unless a fellow funatic can help (will post in the other thread).

Mine says the same, 12 on hand and 10 saleable. I bet an employee put those 2 aside for themselves

I explained that I was the one in the store earlier asking about them and the guy seemed to actually take pride in selling them from under me like that. Dang...Boohoo...

Seriously though, the guy was super rude in general.

I plan on keeping an eye on brickseeker just in case my area gets more in. Yesterday it was at 12, then down to 10 after I bought 2. Now it shows 8. If the number goes up at all, I will run over and sniff out the situation

Winner winner chicken dinner found bats and joker at my local store using brick seek. when I got there it was 3 bats and only one joker so from my exp plus what others have been posting looks like joker is going to be hard to come by

I was curious about this too... if there was an actual number of how many were made.

I did a quick google search and there are 1,793 Target stores in the US. If some got 3 Batmans and some got 0, then let's average that out to 1.5 Batman per store. So maybe around 2,690? I have no idea, I'm just pulling most of these numbers out of my butt

From what I've been told, the tracker isn't real time and updates reflect numbers from the night before after the store closes. Even if you see that a store has 12 available, it's unlikely you'll find that many when you arrive.

Are you sure about the tracker not being real time? I checked the tracker right before I left for Target yesterday (around 12:30pm). I checked again after 1pm, and it showed two less than before. Maybe it updates quickly for some stores and not others?

Yeah, I think the tracker for my Target took about 20 minutes to reflect the true number after I purchased a couple Pops.

Not sure, but I should also clarify that this is when I ask an associate to look for stock in other stores, not when I use an online tracker. Maybe that has something to do with it..... or they're all lying to me
