I've found that talking to their customer service doesn't do anything, either. Just give you automatically generated responses so it feels like you're just talking to a computer.

I can't believe that they can keep up with the volume of orders that they're getting.
You would think by now that they would be able to handle all of the orders that they're getting!

They obviously put him back up on the site and then people order more than their actually are and they have to cancel a lot of the orders.

Just an FYI, their site has issues as everyone mentioned...but you can do a generic google search like "hot topic unmasked captain america" and as long as you know the exclusives you want you can book mark them and just check once in awhile.
