I just saw a picture of the new Ewoks pops! I'm sor excited. They should make a flicker variation for next year's Star Wars Celebration. To complete it, they should make the other characters from Battle for Endor.

I don't know about finding it at cons or in stores but it is still cheap to order online.

May I take a minute to reiterate yet again how BADLY a College Mascots set needs to happen????? I may love Howard but I seriously think Brutus The Buckeye would be my all time favorite pop if he were ever made.

Agree agree agree. I would think that there would be a major following of college pops. Alumni. People who want the set of their conference. People who are not alumni but were born and raised in Ohio for 20 years (hypothetical of course).

So the first issue of the Stargate Universe S3 comic has proven to be a disappointment... Hoping the thing will pick up (in both content and quality - seriously since when was it OK to make about half of the content of these things recap/an extended advert for other stuff???)

Ahem, right anyway, despite that still holding out hope for some Stargate love - hah actually I'd love some of the scifi end of the nerd spectrum to get some love. The Expanse anyone? Or Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy? (Either version - though the TV show carries fond memories) Blakes 7, The Prisoner, Quatermass, Day of the Triffids? Any of the old Classic TV show/films and adaptations of excellent books. If Fifth Element can get some long overdue love from Funko, I'd like to hope there's a few older franchises out there with a bit of life in them.

Or hell, continuing the Neil Gaiman theme started with the hinted at American Gods pops - how about characters from the other shows/films he's been involved in: The Angel Islington, Door, The Marquis de Carabas (and his fabulous coat), or perhaps from his most popular work: Dream, Morpeus, Death, Despair et al? With their colour schemes they'd make fantastic comic-based pops. Morpheus and Daniel could be a brilliant two-pack. Or even one of those huge multipacks that sometimes show up in the Disneystore - a Seven pack of The Endless?

Hmm, a few more lines I'd like to see would be Mutant X, Dark Angel, Babylon 5, Star Trek DS9, and JAG. And it's been awhile since I've mentioned it, but Stargate Atlantis and Stargate SG-1 are loooooong overdue!
