NYCC Exclusives To Be Available at Other Stores

Has it been confirmed that B&N will be getting anything. I spoke to several stores today and all of them have said they have not gotten anything in. One store was even nice enough to call me after they received there last UPS shipment for today and still nothing.

For what it's worth, the guy I talked to last week at Hot Topic said when the SDCC ones came in, they were in an unmarked box with a date stamped on it and they weren't supposed to open it before the date. I don't know how true that is though. I don't have a relationship with anyone at the store and it was just a conversation in passing. I worked shipping and receiving at Media Play a loooooong time ago, and the cashiers/(most)sales associates didn't know squat about releases or what was in the stock room. I'm guessing that's part of why no one is getting answers when they call big stores like B&N.

I'm just hoping that when I or my wife call the stores tomorrow I can score the Throne, Kratos and Jack with Vampire Teddy.
I know 10th Doctor, Stan Lee and Gold Cylon won't be in stores, so I'll probably never see them in my collection, haha.

Already got an Iron Throne from HBO store. A friend of mine says they stopped selling them for today but back tomorrow. They were $16.99 plus tax

Bryant Park...I told a friend and he went by around 3PM and they'd already stopped selling them. The clerk also told me they'd already sold half their stock as well...

I just saw a pic on Facebook of the Funko booth order sheet and 10th Doctor was just listed as LE with no # beside it so I'm hoping he will be available!!!

Only rumors, nothing confirmed. I just mentioned this in another thread, but before SDCC B&N had a banner on their site announcing that they would be selling the exclusives. And that banner was on their site a few days before the con. So it seems strange that they have made no such announcement this time, and there have been zero leaks like there usually are. I don't know, but it sure seems like it all points to them not having any this time around. Hope I'm wrong!

Just spoke with guy at my game stop and he seemed genuine to his confusion told him about Kratos and he was like we have Kratos and pointed to the black games top one. Told me the call in morning to check if they got a shipment Kate night before driving to him

B&N functions in the summer off their new Pop Culture fad. They get dozens of items in to feed it. They're not going to advertise a single new toy that isn't going to bust the bank when they have larger promotions to push.

I think the SDCC stuff was because it was on conjunction with a B&N event, this doesn't have a B&N event going like they did during the summer to cross-promote with

I don't know if this is considered a confirmation but it looks pretty legit.

The TMNT Dorbz set is marked limited edition on the Funko order sheet, so it may actually show up at B&N, hopefully. The Deadpool truck is still numbered on the sheet though, so I wouldn't think it would be released in stores. Someone on Facebook said a B&N employee told them that they would have 3 exclusives.

I think this is the photos he's referring to, 10th doctor and TMNT Dorbz are now listed as LE, not sure if these pictures would be allowed?

SDCC sales happened midnight-1AM on B&N, HT, and Amazon, although I don't think Amazon has anything.

There's quite a few posts on Facebook with people finding the Kratos and Fallout pops in Gamestops & EB Games today, so it seems some of the stores starting selling them today and others should have them tomorrow.

Went in about midday and they had about 6 or so left.

they went on sale on HT website at 11:30pm PST.
quite a few people on FB posted their orders got cancelled.

Cookie MOnster & deadpool ride were on B&N iphone app, but on pc and android phones you could not find the items.

Im traveling in Indiana and the HT here let me use BOGO 50% off, plus the 10 off a 30 purchase. They maybe 10 of each of the 3 exclusives they stock, maybe less of the GOT throne.

Hmm I don't know if maybe each store is different but I got two iron thrones and was able to get one 50% off, in addition to combining a 10% off from an online order I had shipped to store last week.

Grabbed my 2 Iron Thrones. Wasn't sure if they were doing BOGO 50% on them or not, but they were, so that was cool.

They had about 50 of the Iron Throne, so finding it shouldn't be a problem if you're not able to make it into HT this morning.

I'm in Indiana as well they did BOGO on the NYCC and let me use the 15% off coupon I had.
