Yeah I was thinking something similar when I saw them there. Was tempted to buy them didn't since I have them on pre-order with GS and was more interested in the Dr Who pops at the moment.

Grabbed slave leia and Greedo yesterday in northwest Indiana and went back today and picked up a clone trooper, han, and Jedi luke.

No Doctor Who yet. Didn't even see any common Arrow/Flash.

Just Got 3d glasses doctor, Adipose pocket and regular size (glow versions) and Han! pretty happy with those! I'm trying to hold off and save for comic con, But Hot topic does this every year before it lol

Hot cash is the 9-19th I think...

Yep, 7/9-7/19. I figure after SDCC we still have a week to use up Hot Cash so I'm crossing my fingers that some SDCC exclusives will be released by then. In the meanwhile I'm trying my best not to go to a HT every day. With Hipster Jasmine, Dr. Who and Boondock Saints releasing day after day I'm finding that hard to do.

Just came back from my third trip to my local HT this week. Still no Who pops but surprising that the Hipster Jasmine was still not picked up and they finally released Luke Skywalker [Jedi]. Picked those 2 up which with the b1g1 50% deal helped.

Also a big tip for my fellow Connecticut folks looking to pick some exclusives. The employee that was working at Hot Topic today was actually a manager of another store in the Westfarms Mall Hot Topic which is being currently renovated. He told me since I looked like I was into these pops, he let me in with info that his store will release ALL the pops they have from the past month or so. His store wall will be 4-5 times bigger than the one at my local HT. And the grand reopening will have next friday May 29th. Just throwing it out there since I will be def there.

That being said, no Doctor Who yet either... Store's minus one Cheshire Cat, a few Minions, Leias, and plus several Han Solos and Lukes. Kinda bummed but FYE has a ton of Pops now. Granted, not very organized but... Pops! Still walked away empty handed today.

Did place a preorder for the 4th Doctor and Dalek at Game Stop, though. When and if those show up.

Westfarms Hot Topic is actually the closest Hot Topic for me! I been waiting for them to finally re-open. Thanks for the info!! Last time I went there I wasn't into collecting pops but they definitely had a bigger selection than the one in Buckland Hills Mall. Can't wait to see if the collection grew even more now that the store grew in size!

I have a question about hot topic though. Do they do exchanges on figures bought online? I bought a Cosima on the online website and it arrived today. Sadly it has a little annoying brush stroke in the clear part glasses. The stroke is the color of the skin so it looks like it was a mistake when they painted her. I was wondering if I could go to hot topic store with my online receipt and exchange her for a better one?

If you pay with a credit card they'll do exchanges in store no problem. I'm not too sure about Paypal but I think I read on the site that they won't be able to do third-party returns/exchanges in store (ie Paypal). Only through the mail.

They should have all the regular versions in addition to their exclusives. Just right now they have the pre-release rights and when that runs up the other stores will get them too.

Yep, 7/9-7/19. I figure after SDCC we still have a week to use up Hot Cash so I'm crossing my fingers that some SDCC exclusives will be released by then. In the meanwhile I'm trying my best not to go to a HT every day. With Hipster Jasmine, Dr. Who and Boondock Saints releasing day after day I'm finding that hard to do.

I'm hoping they have what else we cant get at the con, but I'm gonna try my best to stay away unless they have exclusives that I really need. I'm gonna have to go on a no buy for now lol

I have exchanged in store an item bought online and paid for with Paypal. I was told refunds cannot be given in store for items paid for with Paypal, but they can refund or exchange online items paid for with a credit card.

I've paid with PayPal and exchanged in store a few times. Could just be because I was trading for the same POP though, so no real issue.

Sweet, Thanks for the info! I can't even get the paypal section to work on HT anyways so I had to pay with my debit card. Definitely going to stop by on the 29th to do the exchange for a better painted Cosima & to buy some Doctor Who if they have some! XD *hopes*

I was able to pick up a GITD Adipose pocket and regular size Pop from my local one. They also had the other Dr. Who Exclusive, Minions, and Star Wars (from what I remember there was Greedo and Slave Leia). From some reason, they received a small number for each Dr. Who Pop, but there were 15+ Adipose GITD pocket size.

so i'm newish to collecting pops, but is it weird that GITD Adipose has a different number than the one the one pictured on the back of the box. 240 vs 225?

I'd say it's pretty YMMV, some stores might get all of them and others might get random pieces. my HT still has never had the normal Titan Eren but they have had plenty of the Rage version.

The Doctor Who pops are pre release exclusive, so Hot Topic will be the only place to get them for a few months. I think that's why they're putting everyone out, even with the exclusives.

My store only got the GITD Adipose exclusive, they didn't even know they were getting the other exclusives. The store did get in all of the other Doctor Who pops -- with the exception of the TARDIS, Cyberman, 4th Doctor, and Weeping Angel -- as well as all of the Inside Out and Minion Pops.

The Danbury Fair Mall HT has a pretty big Funko collection now (a few months ago it was a few shelves, now it's takes up an entire wall!). I think you can exchange the Pop you ordered, as long as you have the receipt with you.

Danbury is a bit to far south from me to drive there or I would have to check it out the selection they have there. Hope I can find want I need this friday @ the West Farms Mall location.
