Awesomeness. Thanks for this. Anybody know if the FYE Bistan and the NYCC Bistan are exactly the same? They appear to be on the image.

Also, I was just able to reserve a Vader online at my nearest Gamestop. Gonna go grab it after work.

Yes the Bistans are both the same. It will be at NYCC first then released to FYE around the same time. For some reason the FYE Glam was released before the NYCC glam. Some people like myself were actually able to pre-order this back in June/July with the 4-Lom pop. It was labeled NYCC Rogue 1 POP so hopefully my pre-order never got lost and I can cross this off without a problem.

I took some out of box pics of Saw to check out his cape, I like the look of him but I will have to paint a wonky eye on him to make him more screen accurate

That cape!!!! I love the touches like that and will now likely pick him up tomorrow. I am not normally a fan of picking up characters I don't know yet. That is great though.

So the thing is, I wanted to go hunting but don't actually need these Pops for myself. Thought I would try and help out some Funatics in case you guys were having poor luck finding stuff. The marked ones are reserved, but if anybody needed any of the others please feel free to PM me. Be warned though that I have out-of-town visitors coming tonight and staying through the weekend so these probably wouldn't get shipped until Monday. I would sell for cost + shipping + PayPal fees (unless you ship as Friends & Family).

Picked up Target Exclusive Jyn Erso, Hot Topic Exclusive Jyn Erso, GameStop Exclusive Darth Vader, Walmart Exclusive Saw Gerrera, Darth Vader, K-2SO, Scarif Stormtrooper, Chirrut Imwe, Captain Cassian Andor, and Imperial Death Trooper today.

Still need #138 Jyn Erso, Baze Malbus, Director Orson Krennic, and C2-B5 and then I'll be all caught up on Rogue One Pops for the time being.

And no problem! I don't mind helping fellow Funatics :-)

Went to Target about an hoyr ago to check out the remnants of the day's madness. Funnily enough, the only Pops they had were 6 of the exclusive Jyns.

I had an extremely successful Force Friday. I managed to get everything I wanted to buy today. I went to Walmart, Target, and Hot Topic in the morning, in that order. Walmart was packed full of Rogue One merch. It looked like I was the first person to check out the displays. Nothing had sold yet. They had a massive display packed full of the Pops. Plenty of Saw, no stickers. No chrome Death Troopers. I bought commons of Jyn Erso, Scarif Stormtrooper, Death Trooper, and C2-B5. Also got all of the figures I wanted too, 3.75" of Jyn Erso, Sabine Wren, and Ahsoka Tano. I originally was planning on focusing on exclusives for Force Friday, but over time I decided to take care of most of my common purchases right away and get them over with. It was like a ghost town the entire time I was there.

At Target they had most of the merch still there. I could tell only a couple of items had been taken here and there. Nothing sold out. There was one other guy there looking at the Rogue One stuff. He was only interested in the vehicles. They had a very small selection of Pops, just a few Target exclusive Jyns and a few commons. No exclusive Andor. I just bought the best looking Jyn, the #1 item I wanted today. I was extremely happy to find one. I wasn't optimistic I would. It's the first Target exclusive Pop I've ever bought.

At Hot Topic they had 4 of their exclusive Jyn Erso and a few commons. I just bought one of the Jyns. The cashier told me they were having a buy 2 get 1 free promotion on all SW Pops, but since I had already bought all of the Pops I wanted to buy for the day, I passed and just got the one Pop. I didn't lose much money, considering the big price gap between Walmart and Hot Topic. While at the mall I checked B&N just for the heck of it. No Rogue One merch, with the exception of the Empire magazine.

In the evening I went back to Walmart to buy groceries, and there was still very little missing. Only a few items had sold here and there since I was last there, a few of the 3.75" figures and a few Pops. The 6" were still untouched. It's strange how Walmart had a huge amount of the titanium vehicles last year, but none this year. Target had a small number of them. Clearly most people skipped Force Friday this year. Such a huge difference from one year to the next. Last year Walmart and Target looked like they had been hit by a hurricane. There was barely anything good left to buy when I checked in the afternoon. This year I could have anything I wanted. They were packed to the gills. For me it was the best Force Friday ever.

Last night I ordered GS Vader w/a gift card to ship direct; also ordered a WM Saw for pick up and a HT Jyn + the 2 droids for pickup. Went to Target and found their Jyn this afternoon -- I had pre-ordered FYE Bistan back in the summer (good thing, as I didn't get win a ticket for the NYCC Funko lottery). All this for a guy who promised himself he would quit after completing a SW:TFA set (with no good place to display them all!). No regrets, I love me some Star Wars Pops.

Well I was sorely disappointed to find ZERO Rogue Pops at either of the Walmarts closet to me. Brickseek shows they have a quantity of 18 Saw, but I found nothing of any kind. Is everyone finding the displays near the toy section?

Seems like the big displays are hit and miss at Wal-Mart. I've checked a couple and one had it and the other didn't. A friend of mine went to a Wal-Mart in Irvine and they didn't have the big display either. He asked and was told they would be putting it out on Oct 3rd for whatever reason.

I probably had the oddest find at Walmart. It was probably the 4th walmart in town I've checked and none of the four stores had the funko pop Shipper out. The last store had every single Rogue ONE Shipper in the main aisle except funko. So I walked down the action figure aisle for the heck of it and right there sitting on the shelf in the star wars section was a Pop of Maz Kanata and Saw Gererra. The only two star wars pops in the whole store, I have no idea where Saw came from or where the funko shipper was but I snatched it right up. Some other people saw me with it and couldn't believe I found one, neither could I lol no way the whole Shipper of pops sold so I tailed it out of there and went next door to pick up my online order of Jyn at Target. Some guy was hunting for her and saw me pick one up at customer service and had this defeated look on his face. I know the feeling man with these hunts but got real fortunate this round. Still one more round with target Cassian and walmart deathtrooper to come

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the pop. Looks like a will smith head swap. But at least the body looks good with possibly the best cape seen on a pop. A screen accurate version of this would have one eye with a bad paint app. That shouldn't be too hard to find. Lol

Mine too. Not only a ton of Jyn pops they had no less than 10 Harry Potter with egg excl. I mean I was in a daze thinking about all these pops to choose the best one from. NEVER happens at our Target. For that reason I almost skipped looking there!

Yeah, as I stated earlier in the thread, I was surprised by the glut of exclusives my local Target had. 6 Jyns with no other Rogue One Pops in sight, at least 5 Harry Potters, 3 or 4 Crossbones and a Maz Kanata.

It kinda seemed like a lot of people in my area didn't even know about Force Friday shopping. When I was at GameStop after work, I was asking the girl if a lot of people were buying the SW stuff and she said I was the second person of the day who even knew about it lol

This was one was frankly pretty low key compared to last year for TFA. Only Disney Stores and Toys r Us did midnight openings for instance. Of course, there was also more hype because it was the first new film in so long and since it was Episode VII.

Got Target and HT Jyn, GS Vader and Wal-Mart Saw. I assume Target Cassian, WM Death Trooper and Walgreens Scarif Stormtrooper and coming later? Anyone seen those 3 "in the wild" yet?

Also curious about FYE Bistan. What's the difference between it and NYCC? Is one flocked or something? Anyone know?

I went into gamestop around 12:30 on force Friday and the guy didn't even bring the pops out of the shipping boxes yet. A very easy pickup. As far as the Bistan, it's the same exact pop except it's a NYCC exclusive first then released to FYE similar to the Scott Pilgrim 3 pack at SDCC.
Pops Count: 550
(Currently Hunting: Joker Bank Robber, Simpsons Set, Vaulted DC and Vaulted Star Wars)

If it aint FUNko, if doesn't matter :freddy3:

That just doesn't make any sense to me. Of course like SDCC, NYCC has "shared exclusives". Last year they just had the same NYCC sticker. But the FYE Bistan has a FYE exclusive sticker on it which is why I thought it was a variant.
