EDIT: Looks like the website is just buggy as heck. A couple of times on the order history link I saw 3 of my previous orders that all said "Completed" and my order from today is up there and status says "Allocated." And then there's 95% of the time I get the "No orders found for customer" on the page.
I only ordered Jack and paid using PayPal. I only got an email from PayPal confirming my purchase, nothing from Hot Topic. There's also nothing in my order history, nor my point history.
I missed IT but I managed to order the other two at 3:09am. Got an email cancel at 3:16 for Cthulu, but not Jack. Fast forward to 11am and my HT visit (which I scored all three NY's). I ask the clerk, very nice girl I always deal with, "Please check my HT1 account, do I have an order or NOT?". She tried and tried, best answer was no I do not. She explained that the computer programming was not complete yet, AND they (HT) keep changing it daily. All the clerks are having fits, no info, no way to access info and have to log in every morning to learn all over again what they changed the night before. I feel so bad for them, I really like my HT girls!
Edit: BTW the NYCC three items come up as APPLE 1,2 and 3, and no one ever told the stores. So you ring in Iron Throne, come out as APPLE 1 etc!!!!
