I have a feeling Beerus will hit 50-55 bucks this week and probably be bottomed out. I was hoping for 30-35 like Golden Frieza but that won't happen most likely.

Thinking of pulling the trigger at 60 bucks, but also want to hold out in case it drops more. I mean, 50 really isn't that far away from 60, so I think it will drop down more.

I caved in and paid the scalper prices for Beerus.

The auctions on ebay are all pushing towards the $70 mark now. I imagine the news of it selling out is creeping the price back up.

Being in the UK, the cost of postage has, (and no doubt import tax is going to bite me in the a** too). Just hope the pop is worth it in the end!

I saw one on ebay for $60 & free shipping and went ahead and bought it. I'm sure it'll drop further but this way I get a POP I know I'll love at a price I can stomach, get it sooner, and don't have to play price speculator of the fickle POP market, lol.

Same here...made an offer for 60 on one with free shipping and got it. It's hovering around the 65-70 dollar mark now...may come down a bit, but I have been willing to pay 60 so yea.

Question about the GS pre-order...it relates to this thread because I pre-ordered SSGSS Vegeta. lol

I pre-ordered Vegeta, put down $5. I did this while paying for a bunch of other stuff and gave the guy our family GS PowerUp card. I've never pre-ordered from a GS store before so I didn't know what to expect. I asked the cashier if they'll just call me when he comes in, and he said, yeah. So I paid and left. But then I thought, how are they going to call me when they don't even ask for my number? Do they call the number registered on the PowerUp card?

Well since Big Boy is obviously never happening I'm just gonna leave him alone and begin the hunt for the DBZ metallics. Goku, Vegeta and Beerus. I have Golden Frieza already so that's good at least.

The blue haired goku is a great looking pop, even though it's a repaint, it's one of the best DBZ Pops IMO

It's not completely a repaint, though. Just the head. The body is certainly different from the previous ones. If anything, the LootCrate one was a repaint (AND HOLY CRAP THE PRICES FOR THAT ON EBAY. GEEZ.)

In our travels to Indiana, we stopped at a Half Price Books in Lexington. They had this Metallic Goku, sticker and all, for $50. P found him and showed Q (my DBZ boy). I was iffy about spending $50, and Q decided to pass. In hindsight, I probably should have bought it.

Looks like he's pushing past $100 on ebay and the price guide has him sitting at $70. Either way, that's WAY more than I thought I'd see a Lootcrate exclusive go for. Glad I opted to order that as my first Lootcrate rather than waiting and buying him seperately like I was considering.

Metallic Beerus will probably not happen but he'll definitely get the common when that comes out.

Thought metallic Beerus was on the downslope, but looks like he is has bottomed out around 65-70. If you're going to buy, buy now because the way things are looking, he will be on the upswing soon...if metallic SS Goku is any indication.

Unfortunately, it seems hes sticking high. A lot of hype this SDCC and I see a lot of Funko items selling higher than last year right off the go.
They might still drop but maybe theres just more demand so thats why, idk.

I went ahead and got a beerus with card for $60, might as well shell it out.

If I have to settle for non-metallic its not the end of the world. I just REALLY like the metallic.

Making me real happy about shelling out $60, lol. Didn't Frieza sit at $50-$60 for quite a while? Unless I'm mistaken, he didn't drop down to $35 till months later (only to go up again months after that). Maybe $70-$80 where he's stabilized for now and he'll drop further later on... Or not who knows.

On a side note, seems like everyone on Facebook wants $80+. Kinda interesting considering facebook sellers typically mark at ebay price or lower and most of the ebay posts I've seen have been $70-$80, usually with Best Offer available.

I wonder if they are going to be putting Goku up for sale as a single item like with Han Solo and Doc Brown. I'm sure they have some left.

Well the thing with Frieza was black eyes was available at Hot Topic in abundance. I think that was a factor in driving down the red eyes price too. It was such a minor difference that not many people cared THAT much. Beerus is a bit different because for one, it's officially sold out...two, it was only available at SDCC...three, there's no OFFICIAL word that a non-metallic version is coming (is there??)

That's a fair point, I keep mentioning Freeza is because as far as I know he's the only other "actually SDCC exclusive" POP that was also available in relative abundance. I'm sure Beerus will stay higher in price to Freeza just because of the current lack of a more common variant but due to similar availability, I do think it's possible that he'll follow a similar pattern of peaks and troughs in price. Again, just speculation, alot has changed since last year.

Sadly I have yet to hear anything official on a common Beerus variant.

Regardless of Beerus' future price point I'm just glad to be getting mine tomorrow. He was really the only thing from SDCC that I was super hyped for this year.

The whole DBZ line exploded in terms of exclusives. Black haired Goku, SSG Goku, metallic Vegeta...all on the upswing right now. Golden Frieza is going on the upswing. PA Vegeta...and now with wave 2 out, it's only a matter of time before the wave 1 commons see a 30-50 dollar price point. SS Goku will be the last to be vaulted, like many other lines that have one "main character" that sticks around forever.

I got Beerus from the booth at SDCC. I did not notice till I got home, but it did not have a sticker either. Honestly, not sure that will matter much, but it still irks me.

Yea, I called Toy Wars, they said they got them directly from the booth, but for some reason there was a batch with no stickers. What a shame
