Hey yall, for all you ordering from.australia.to.the states about.how long is.it taking you to receive your orders?

I'm in Florida and when I ordered my mike and sulley it only took 4 days I think once it was shipped? Pretty quick but idk if that's the norm.

I wouldn't worry. I never even got a tracking number and it came just fine. But you can contact them and have them try and track it if it's bothering you

i believe it was auto generated ( used my girlfriends junk email and she passed on the info) we also cannot track it currently but i feel like thats normal. ill update when mine comes in!

I'm sure it will come. I live in Florida,and it took Loki a about 9 days to show up after they said it went out.

It's not registered for tracking so it won't say. To get tracking shipping out o here is a bit more expensive. I think it does have it within Australia. I can't remember. Di you get the email that said about tracking and says to subscribe to it or something and subscribe is blue? Click that and it'll take you to the tracking on Australia post. so if there is any it should be on there.

no i got no email from popcultcha ever. for some reason the automated emails never got to me. however, when i asked about the shipping info at the popcultcha facebook they provided me with a consignment number for tracking. nothing about subscribing to anything. But i plugged in this consignment number on the australia post website and nothing was found

I have never been able to track shipments, but I get emails about being shipped. Just sign in and go to your account and see the status and once it says shipped it gets to me in less then a week (I think it was 4 days)

U are in cali and you get stuff from the AU in four days? Thats pretty quick. My popcultcha acct does indeed say item shipped as of 7/24. Hopefully lil loki wil be here early next week.

Yeah, it's not registered then. Won't be able to track it. It costs $10 more to add a tracking feature shipping out from Australia.

But wouldnt that consignment number tell me if/when the package left the AU?

Don't think so. It depends on if it gets scanned at the sort facilities and if that information goes into that system so I doubt it. Same thing happens if I have a regular post package from the US. Usually doesn't tell me anything.

I live in CA and it takes about 7-8 days from Popcultcha to me. However my pops from them have always arrived in surprisingly great condition!

omg!!!!!!!! my original LOKI came today in the mail all the way from PopCultcha AUS. The box was not damaged. The POP was well packaged in more than enough magazine shreds and bubble wrap. He looks good. I only have him because of the heads up from this site. Thanks guys!

Emailing them takes a while for a response. I wanted to cancel an order and 3 days later they told me it "shipped out today"...looks like i'll have 2 Loki's soon if anyone wants to buy one when I get it from Popcultcha.

ugh ^ this... is very true. Also, hope that you get responses from Ben at popcultcha on the FB because he is the most concerned with the customers and he is the nicest.

Yup! I have the advantage that I can call them too. They called me once actually.. They do have really good customer service from what I've experienced, but I think there's something wrong with their emails.

Thats Right Sophie you are lucky ducky being over in AUS and all. Ben, told me via FB message that their emails get backed up. But i do think something is fishy with their emails.

Yeah sucks now that I have doubles though LOL. I don't think a Loki will be very hard to sell anyway but it sucks they are so slow with emails :/
