I engaged Walmart.com's online support. Crazy unhelpful. They said that they would cancel my order. In short they said the system didn't process the order properly, and when I asked for a manager I was refused. The .com support is AWFUL. I wasn't a jerk to their support, but I wanted to be.

I'm going to give the 1800 # a call and see if I make progress. The wait time for the department was over 25 minutes, so I'm waiting for a call back.

I did an online order back on the original day they launched the link. The order shows a expected delivery date of 8/8/2016, which would indicate Walmart "may" have time machines to fill orders. :P

Here's how it went so far...

Online Support: I explained the issue, and was told only option is to cancel the order. I said that's not what I wanted, and I need some effort put into trying to get the order to process. I asked for a manager escalation, which I was denied. I asked the employee if there is a employee ID#, or a reference # of some sort for our conversation, and he said he isn't required to provide either. The employee was rude, and I realized I wasn't going to make progress with him. Eventually a manager popped into the chat and apologized for his co-worker, and stated that he broke policy by denying a manager. The manager said to basically sit and wait and hope the order goes through on its own.

I picked up the phone and called their online support in parallel when I got denied for a manager.

Phone Support: I reached a call center that appeared to be outsourced. I told the employee I'm having no luck with 1st level support and I want a manager's help. I got sent to their tier 2 department, which is US based. The wait times are 20+ minutes, but they have a call back option and they do call back. The person who called back was very apologetic, and as helpful as she could be. They opened a case with their fulfillment center to find out if this can be pushed through. I'm told that department is closed on Sundays, but that they respond within 24-48 hours.

this is all too weird, why would the store made to be the shared exclusive of the pop not have any? the fact I had one pre-ordered here is why I didn't buy it at fp or pc. so if they don't come through with it, it means they made it so I literally could not get it, and I assume that will be the case.

Since we have zero confirmed that have shipped, it can't be possible that everyone's order they through "incorrectly". They're just being tools for some reason, and nobody knows why. As much as I want the Pop, I am in no way engaging their Customer Service Dept, because that sounds like the kiss of death, since the only option is to cancel your order.

Supposedly "one person" had theirs shipped on Reddit, but I've yet to see any proof of this, so I'm declaring shenanigans on that one.

If it wasn't for my kid wanting this I would've said the hell with it. I don't even like FNAF, but this was suppose to be a b-day present for my son. So lets hope Friday is the day. Thanks for the info.

My order was just cancelled. I didn't ask for it to be cancelled, but Walmart being Walmart said they don't know they will ever have the items stocked to ship out.

Mine was just cancelled too - this is BS! They have a shared exclusive that isn't in stores and they can't fulfill web orders? This is what I hate most about these types of cancellations - I probably could've gotten the item cheaper on ebay a month ago, but who's going to look when they have an confirmed order??? Now, I'm sure I'll pay top dollar, all because my kids loves FNAF too. And will Funko do anything? Probably not.

That's exactly my point - why would I look at PC or FPI, when I have an order in with Walmart?

On a related note, there needs to be some punishment when a company allows orders through for items it can't fulfill.

Yep, mine was canceled too, even though I ordered it on July 21st. It's already out of stock again. You really can't have me believe that this Pop is that popular to be sold out immediately....the quantities can't be that limited.
