I could see it being a POP but I bet about 80% of the collectors would have no idea who he was unless they read comic books or watched the early Saturday morning cartoons in the 80's and 90's.

Here are my top 15 non spot light characters that I would love to see Funko bring to the surface. I think the question is, does anyone else even know who these characters are if they are not mainstream or if they do not read comics?
