A bit surprised there has yet to be any Mission Impossible pops as this Tom Cruise franchise has been round for over 20 years.

Yeah, that's why even the new "TOP GUN Maverick" merchandise and toys don't have his likeness, There's a Maverick action figure but he's got a helmet on. Too bad, Tom Cruise would have so many cool pops from movies, including the Mission Impossible franchise.

Tom Cruise is VERY particular about his image as IP, so doubtful we'll ever get any pops made.

This. You have that one mummy pop that got cancelled. A while back Top Gun was rumored or slated and obviously we have seen nothing since. If you think about how many classic Tom Cruise movies there are and none of them have pops. On top of the fact that Tom Cruise is generally the main character of any movie he is in, so if you were to attempt the line without the Tom Cruise character it would be a garbage release/series. All that combined probably not going to see it. and I don't know about you but when I think Mission Impossible, I don't think TV Series, I think Tom Cruise so without that I'm sure me (and many others) would not be interested. Such a bummer though because I would love a top gun set of Maverick and Iceman.

All I know is never say never. These are licenses that took Funko a long time to get in POP form that we thought would never happen:

Harry Potter, Pokemon, James Bond, Terminator in POP form.

So it's a possibility, but it's probably gonna take some time.
