ECCC 2017 POPs

Unrelated to ECCC, Barnes and Noble has put up on their website the Dustin "Stranger Things" Pop, apparently it's a B&N exclusive. Just wanted to let people know here who are ST fans.

I'd love to have the Muftak pop!, but we don't have FYE store. Maybe one day!

Since Michigan J. Frog is the only un-numbered Pop that doesn't seem to be a shared exclusive (at least at this point), are we expecting it to show up anywhere? If so, I really hope it's not Box Lunch.

By the way I am going to keep my eyes open at the hot topic and FYE for these guys. I'd sell them at cost, just so people can avoid scalpers.I know not everyone is near and FYE or Hot Topic. From ECCC i just want the Blue Falcon and Dynomutt.

As frustrating as it is, in years past often it's not officially disclosed until the day the con starts and by then we've all already been shopping for them for a few hours. I mainly depend on IG for the latest updates on what is available where.

Funko waits until the day the con starts, and even then it's usually later in the day. Maybe they'll do it differently this year.

I finally caught up to the rumored shared list. Disppointed that FYE got a few that I want. I wonder if they'll actually have them on the day the con starts this time. I can't recall if it was sdcc or nycc last year, but for one of them they didn't have anything in store the first day. My closest FYE is about 45 minutes away. I'm not sure if I'll try to go for ECCC. I may just have to hope I can snag them online.

I know for NYCC they didn't have them first day and I never saw them in store but they did eventually post them online but it was a good week or two after as I recall. I was able to get them but FYE charges an arm and a leg on shipping!!! You would think they'd offer combined discount shipping but they literally charge $5 shipping per item!

Does anyone happen to know where the GITD crusader will be? Periscope showed a spring exclusive sticker and Funko said the regular one will be at reedpop and the GITD will be at Funko's booth. I'm getting antsy!

The non-glow was the first ECCC exclusive announced. It and a Crusaders Pop Tee will be sold at the ECCC merch booth or whatever it is.

I am definitely going to check few Targets, Hot Topics and Gamestops on Thursday to see if they have anything from the run available. If so, I'd buy extra for exchange for the Muftak, since we don't have FYE stores here in Hawaii. I hope someone will be willing to trade.

If it's like Bistan, then he will be available online. I know my F.Y.E. didn't even have Bistan in store until at least a week after the official release.

I called the only FYE remotely close to me and talked to the manager about Muftak. He had no idea if he was getting a shipment of them or not, but said he was expecting a shipment Thursday morning (as he normally does), but no clue what's in it. And FWIW, he also said he was under the impression Muftak would be more available than the Creeper.

I hope they'll be available online, because it'd be like a 3 hour round trip to FYE for me to hope they get any in stock.

This is where it's totally worth buying it resale. The gas to take you to your FYE would cost probably more than just getting a good priced one on eBay! ;-)

Tomorrow is probably going to be an ECCC exclusive and I'm praying it's not any of the Spastik items because I'll be stuck in a room taking my SAT test...

But knowing my luck it will be the Spastik Dorbz which are my #1 want. :rolleyes:

Captain American is supposed to hit shelves this Thursday. I'll be outside my local HT before they open hoping they have him, so I can surprise the hubs when he gets home.

I believe Funko said that all of the wave 1 announcements except for the Hakari would be shared exclusives.

Missed out on Superhero Kermit by less than a minute. Saw him available, by the time I clicked add to cart, he was sold out.

I don't think I've missed the announcement but any word on where Michigan J. Frog will be? I need him, the Stranger Things 2-pack from Hot Topic, Muftak from FYE, and will probably also pick up Capt. America while I'm at HT.

I know my local FYEs are usually always behind with convention exclusives. 1-2 weeks sounds about right. I'll still stop in tomorrow just to be sure though.

Yeah, it would be nice if they would release the list ahead of time. But it's sounding like it'll probably be posted well after people have already started shopping at stores lol
