Those are neat looking exclusives. I'm not sure if I'll try to get them or not. They're not must haves. I'm gonna need a bit of a break from pop hunting after Force Friday and NYCC.

Everything I've heard is that they always seem to have more than enough of these. I hope that's the case because I really need that Chrome Colossus.

When She Hulk first came out, i was hesistant to get it because i had a feeling she would be a con exclusive and I am glad i was right!! This will be purchased. Chrome Colossus is very cool but i already have the original one ... Hmmm.

yea HT has been overstocked over comikaze exclusives for the past couple years. They sell out initially but come back within a week. least thats how its been the past 2 years for me. I missed last years on release day but was able to get them online about a week later. so I expect this year to be the same. Colossus is what i've been waiting for since the original x-men wave. why it took this many years is beyond me but at least we're finally getting a chrome version as he should rightfully have.

I know our local Hot Topics never received the Captain America exclusive a couple of years ago, but had tons of the Storm POP in 2014 and the U.S. Agent POP last year, so you're most likely going to be able to find them in the stores.

Ya Comikaze Exclusives usually reach HT the week AFTER the Con. They send out whatever didn't sell. Which is usually a few.

My HT 2 years ago never got Storm and only got 1 Capt in. Then last year they got 3 or 4 of each Stan Lee and US Agent

They always have the stickers cause they are sold at the HT Booth at the Con.

All the HT in my area got a lot of US Agents and Stan Lees last Comikaze the DAY OF the con. They all must have got at least 25 of each. They even came up earlier than the day of the con online.

Just curious but has their been marvel dorbs out that didn't have a pop counter pop? Its very rare no? I don't buy dorbz but that Juggernaut got me thinking what if they will release a pop of him in the near future.

There have also been some variants that haven't seen Pop releases - such as classic Scarlet Witch, Vision in his suit. And I think there is an upcoming Doctor Strange Dorbz that doesn't have a Pop counterpart.

There are also variant Dorbz in other lines that don't have Pop counterparts - such as a number of DC variants, Futurama and Adventure Time.

I hope they mirror them in the future though. I would be devastated if they only release Emma Frost as a dorbz and not a Pop.

I love all the lines, but I do agree that if there is a Dorbz version of something there should also be a POP. I love collecting my favorite characters from all the Funko lines.

Wobblers? in my opinion without wobblers, there would be no pop, so let's not forget that.

You're not wrong but statistically speaking Wobblers never attracted half the new customers and business opportunities that Pop brought. You can look around almost anywhere now and see pops everywhere. Most people have at least one thanks to all the different licenses acquired due to the popularity of pop. The last 4 years give or take have been unbelievable for Funko and I don't think Wobblers carried too much of that weight. Nothing against them mind you. Speaking purely from a business standpoint.

I dunno if there necessarily needs to be a Pop for every Dorbz out there. Sometimes a specific line or character lends itself aesthetically towards one line or the other. For example, I think a South Park line would look better as Dorbz versus Pops because the characters are already shaped like Dorbz. I know there's going to be Pops made of those, but this is just an example where the Dorbz would probably look better than the Pops And vice versa, I don't know if League of Legends champs would look as good as Dorbz because they have so much detail which can't be portrayed as well in Dorbz form. So I don't mind if Funko makes a character for just one line and not both.

Ya I dunno if I'd want Pop and Dorbz of the same thing. Different "poses" work.

But for example, with Civil War, I got the HT Mask Up Iron Man then that Civil War box had the same exact thing but as a Dorbz. Not my cup of tea but the Dorbz would be great as a FCBD replacement if you didn't get the Stark on that day.

I don't collect Dorbz though unless they come in the MCC box.

Me too, I hope that on friday Funko reveal at least her prototype to see how she will look on pop, they promised some kind of teaser on friday ro hype.

Comikaze exclusives are not rumored to be at HT, they will most certainley be at HT as in years past because HT is the main sponsor of the con and developed these exclusives.

This kight have already been answered, but yes! Because, these are developed by Hot Topic, they don't have to worry about branding like with SDCC and can sell them with the regular sticker.

Anyone else thought they'd be more NYCC Marvel pops? They only have 2 this year...
At lease we got 2 Comikaze and Xmen announced. Kind of wanted some inhumans announced since Marvel Comics are pushing them hard.

NYCC is usually pretty small.

A couple years ago, it was just the 2 Loki Variants. I think 2 is about right.

What I am shocked is there wasn't any more Civil War exclusives

At least we have the Dr Strange series coming very soon.
