Marvel POP! Updates Thread 2018 (Updated July 20th)

I'm absolutely okay with every Dorbz not having a Pop! counterpart, but only because I am more excited about Dorbz and because if they came out in both forms, I'd simply have to have them both and I really don't need that.

A year ago we got thunderbolts punisher Dorbz at NYCC, when is reg Frank gonna come out?

Funko will have a Netflix Pop hint/reveal something like that tomorrow

And for Netflix Pop's I know that Daredevil S2 was pushed back till Early 2017. Not sure on the JJ ones

But we know these are coming:
Jessica Jones
Luke Cage
Kilgrave
Daredevil w/Helmet
Punisher Main
Punisher w/mask
Elektra

But last I heard it was 2017 now for all them. Maybe the reveal tomorrow will show these?

It really sucks that Series 2 for Daredevil isn't coming out until next year. I'm going to a comic convention at the end of October to where Charlie Cox (Daredevil/Matt Murdock) and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) are making appearances. My wife gets Pops signed so at least we will get Charlie's autograph. David Tennant (Kilgrave) will also be there and I doubt the Kilgrave Pop will be out by then either. I told my wife that she could get a Doctor Who Pop signed by David Tennant, but she doesn't watch Doctor Who and prefers Kilgrave.

Funko has been saying that the netflix pops are likely coming on early 2017 and that they wish that the release of them were more early. I bet that these are coming on january, but who knows, maybe they change the idea and release those early, at least the Jessica Jones ones.

I hope that tomorrow's reveal are the glams of them, even that Funko said that is gonna be a while to see an announcemet, maybe they surprise us. Can't wait to see those.

They are all must buys for me. They aren't on the Gamestop list anymore so they can't be pre-ordered so I'm hoping for some surprises too. I'd love to get a Foggy and Karen Page too.

I have to say I'm pretty stupid excited for the upcoming Marvel Pops, especially the X-Men.
That said, I would just like to say I am still waiting impatiently for some that haven't been released/announcement/created yet.

Nightcrawler, Bishop, classic Ghost Rider, Weapon X Wolverine, Patch, Jubilee, an updated version of Nick Fury, Adam Warlock, Galactus, Firestar, X-23, Daken, Hercules and really a ton of other X-Men characters. Sorry, rambling...I need the Pops!!

It is already confirmed they will be at HT. And if the last two years are any indication they will be plentiful.

Yup. The last few years there has been no short supply of the Comikaze (now LACC) exclusives. I remember seeing last years exclusives still in stock about a week or two after the release. We can only hope that they keep doing things how they have been doing it the last few years.

If I had to guess though Colossus might be the Pop that disappears the quickest as this one is generating a good amount of buzz.

It was blue in Jessica Jones I think? I bet he gets a pop for his own show and that shirt'll be the yellow-tan one he's wearing in most of the promo stuff. Probably with a hoodie variant.

They also said on their Q&A regarding Jessica Jones/Kilgrave

"Ask again in a week or two"

So I'm thinking that announcement is coming within next month for sure.

Yeah, i saw that on twitter, the announcement at least for JJones looks to be coming very soon, I would love to see more info on the Netflix pops during NYCC next week, or even the announcement around those days.

The release of those are on early 2017, could it be on january??
And looks like Funko is refering that release date for JJones ones, not Daredevil wave 2 release yet.

I was hunting at a Walmart on force Friday and met a guy that works for Marvel distribution. He told me that he got in a case of the next Walgreens Pop Exclusive which he reluctantly said was Scarlet Spidernan!! He hates funko pops, but I'll be on the lookout for this at work every friday

So i bought 2 Marvel pops from Hottopic to be shipped to the store. After like a week and a half after getting the notification that it shipped and was delivered via tracking number, I decided to hit the mall. When i got there, the employee went and checked and said they never received the package. So it was either lost in transit or it was never shipped.

Shot Hottopic Customer service an email yesterday and no response yet. Anyone else had a similar problem? What was the turn around time? I'm not in a rush to get these but boy was i mad wasting 2 hours of my time on a weekend and commute fare.

Well, If I am not wrong, Luke Cage used a blue and brown shirt on Jessica Jones, the yellow shirt was just an easter egg on episode 1.

I bet that Luke Cage is getting a line based on his series, it's goona be a while to get news about it but i could see wave. I bet that we could get a hoodie version of Luke, Cottonmouth, Claire, Misty Knight and

He did. It was his main look for the show. And I'd love all of those for Pops! Hopefully Claire will finally get a Pop like she deserves.
