I hear ya, I always take their shipping dates with a pinch of salt. I've bought comics from them for years and they always just give a rough estimate.

I'm UK based, maybe they're shipping domestically first?

Thanks what Im thinking. I was more stating the date since most people didnt even look and just bought then complained that nothing was shipping ( same as with SDCC)

I'm curious to know how everyone's experience with HT's "Ship to store" option for the NYCC exclusives went? I'm STILL waiting on an order to show up. I've been in touch with customer service and they refuse to refund me and said it'll take 45 days from the day it shows up at the store before they'll declare it "abandoned" and give me my money back. I never even received a confirmation for my order, they just deducted the money a week after I ordered. No email anywhere in any folder. Today makes it 1 month, and all 3 exclusives are still sitting on the shelf at the store I go to. They can't even track their own package and tell me where it is. All I get is "there's been a delay, but it IS in transit...."

I'll never order from them again and have it sent to store. Thank God I was able to buy all 3 in person already, or I'd be even more miffed.

Seems they are full of excuses. I've gotten the same run around every time I've wrote to customer service. "We can't do anything till it's been 14 days.." "Not sure why there's a delay.." "It shows it's on the way.." "Nothing we can do until it physically shows up.." "No tracking is provided for Ship to Store.." "Our new website made orders wonky.." I just want my money back. Today is day 32.
