Why is that a Specialty Series POP!? Iceman should absolutely be a regular release in the next series of "X-Men" POP!s.

That said, this is a beautiful POP!.

Oh my god! Why is the Specialty Series trying to hurt me so bad lately??? I got lucky snagging Emma early so a repeat of that luck can't be too difficult right???

As much as a Marvel nerd I am I have stayed away from the Marvel Pops because I don't like them as Bobble heads. However Scarlet Spider and Iceman are in my top five favorite Marvel characters and I just recently bit the bullet with Scarlet and this Iceman looks fantastic!

I ordered Emma Frost from JVK but the box came smashed. Just my experience. They delivered the Specialty Series Batman in mint condition.

Iceman looks perfect! The only bummer is the fact that he's a Specialty Series item, like Emma. Granted, I haven't tried to get Emma yet, and don't even know the best site to get them from, but still, I wish they would just be regular releases. No real comic shops near my so I know they won't have them. Ugh.

Iceman gives me hope that some of my other favorites will make a new wave, soon!

the specialty series continues to disappoint, it shouldn't be about these ridiculously mainstream characters that would never have any trouble selling in the regular line, it started out so well too with Cosmo and Howard

I completely agree, and this goes for the subscription boxes in my opinion as well.

yeah, i'm done with the boxes. it's to the point that if there was a Hit-Monkey themed box it'd probably come with a Deadpool holding a banana pop.

The only problem I have with specialty series is the bump in price. At least they're easier to get than B&N and Walmart exclusives.

I don't have a Barnes and Noble near me so I agree there, but for me living at the top of New York State I usually do not have a problem seeing Walmart exclusives locally. So they are actually rather easy to find, assuming I want the particular exclusive, compared to these Specialty Series POP!s.

I think the Iceman Pop looks great. I assumed one would be coming, and assumed it would look good, but I have to say it surpassed my expectations. Good job, Funko!

I have a relatively easy time getting Walmart and B&N exclusives, but Specialty Series items are nearly impossible for me to obtain outside of eBay. Some of the rarest and hardest exclusives to get, IMO.

Was just having this conversation with friends. None of us really understand the point of the Specialty Series anymore.

In other news, Funko has confirmed via Q&A yesterday that Kilgrave is "On Hold" - I doubt we ever get him.

To be honest the Cosmo pop as Specialty Series made a lot of sense being an ancillary character to a popular line. Emma Frost and Iceman being popular X-Men should have just been regular release. It just seems that Funko is breaking off bits of line releases and slapping a stickers on it. Fully expect to see an Iron Man or Deadpool Specialty Series release coming soon.

Idk, but I'm not gonna spend a dime on Luke or Jessica without a guaranteed Killgrave... he was far and away the best part of the show
