It's the Green Goblin auction that has me even more suspicious. All auctions don't expect to have inventory until mid-September. Yeah, I guess they could run with the money, but if you filed a claim on paypal, paypal would automatically freeze those funds in their account.

Seems too good to be true, but if it's a scam, how does the seller hope to keep the money? Paypal will refund up to 180 days after a fraud claim...
Do not go near this. Guaranteed scam.

Re: Zur En Arrh Batman (Target)
Looking at the sellers other items I would stay far away from it. All of them are supposedly arriving mid September, but they say that they are the actual photos of the items and not someone else's pictures. They have too many recent, hard to find pops. 9 Hobgoblins, more than 15 gold Goku, 12 Chase Green Goblin, 10 fruit stripe batman Dorbz, 10 Beerus and 17 ZEA Batman. All of them are arriving mod to late September. It doesn't add up, even for a flipper.

Transfer to their bank account once they get the money and then withdraw/transfer to another account/close the account and they are gone without a trace.

Ah, I see. But paypal still guarantees the money for the user. I guess paypal is the one who gets scammed in the end, which eventually results in higher fees, etc...

He's got a Hobgoblin too....
I hope it's a scam and not a once in a lifetime deal I'm ignoring.

Also I love they're explanation why item are getting relisted " because people don't read the description of these being pre orders so they cancel and that's why some of these items been relisted". No their just trying to scam more people

Lol if this doesn't prove it. This is one of their reviews "This seller MUST be recognized as one of the MOST HONEST sellers on whole site!"

Re: Zur En Arrh Batman (Target)
Has anyone noticed on some of their listings it says this little gem? Copied directly from their listing:
"Item is brand new and has not been opened.
Boxes are in great condition (as pictured).
Limited quantity available.
Will arrive at our warehouse September 16th! Will be shipped upon arrival!
Photos are of ACTUAL item. We will never use other people's photos or stock photos!"
So It's a picture of the actual item, yet it's not coming into your warehouse until the 16th of September?!? These people are completely despicable scumbags. It always blows my mind when I think about how far some people will go to make a few bucks.
EDIT: Just saw @STRENDING625 said the same thing, sorry about that. Leaving it up because it still cracks me up and I put it in bold. Too much work to throw away.

Look at his completed listings. He's sold at least 70 of them through numerous listings.

That or this person is just trying to bring down the value of the certain pops. A lot of them seem to be posted in the middle of the night where he can easily have another account and purchase the item before someone else does. Just my opinion.

Interesting these prices seem way too good to be real. Good luck to anyone who purchased them.

You know, this never crossed my mind and very well could be what's going on. I still lean towards scamming though, because dude went through a lot of work just to drop the price and his reviews are all about trusting him. That's seriously super smart to think of. Good thunking.

I can concur with this statement, and I think the correct solution to this problem is to go and break his computer. On his face.

Another indicator of a scam (apologies if this was mentioned) is that the seller has only been an eBay member since May and now he is selling a ton of rare items that anyone person should not have that many of. Total scam.
