In my area, they have the Pops in the back, but only one store had a display. You basically had to know they were there and ask for them, but I got one for me and a couple for friends.

Shirts are supposed to be for sale. Just show them their own website that states it. It could be that they think the shirts are for employees to wear...

These were at our Baskin robins today. But shirts are US only at least that is what they told us.

My girlfriend just picked one up at her local Baskins, $12.99. No lines, pretty smooth transaction.

i have seen a lot of different prices for steve . I saw a 10.99 , i got mine for 12.99 and i saw a 19.99

My local one opens in 15 mins. Maybe I'll cruise by and see if there's a line. This is pretty flipper heavy territory, so probably, but there's a bunch more locations around here too.

I'd be happy to just see him in a store! But regarding the different prices, I haven't heard anything on that front. Maybe some stores are franchises and they can price as they see fit? Not really sure.

I finally got a straight answer today when I called. They said they have them and it’s on sale June 1.

Yes there are different prices floating around. What some people dont realize is that store owners can charge whatever they want and dont have to sell for MSRP.

I only checked 1 BR and it was 12.99. have seen some pics from stores charging 37.99!

It’s the problem with franchise type establishments, they can set their own prices if they wish.

I saw one person said their place wasn’t even selling them they did it so you had to buy some of the ST ice cream and then you’d be entered in to a raffle for one.

I went to 3 stores.
1) didn't have them yet /in managers office
2) $24.99 (yeahhhhh no)(1 per person)
3) $13.99 (no tax)(1 per family)

Needless to say I got the 13.99 one.

I posted this in another topic, but 2 stores had them for sale. 24.99 and 13.99. I got the 13.99 one..very pleasant experience, walked right in and right out. I didn't notice til I got home i had a minor crease on the top.. oh well

I was able to get one for 24.99 here in San Diego, the experience was great and I am glad I am fortunate to pick one up. I called around and the one place that had them for 14.99 had already sold out shortly after open...as I walk up to a different BR some folks were chatting with pops in hand and when I mentioned the 14.99 store they pointed to the guy in the car with a Lyft sticker parked in front they were chatting with, who then flashed his box full of Steve's. The other stores have em for 24.99, 29.99, 34.99.

That's ridiculous that someone can just walk in and grab the whole box. That's why there's a 1 per person limit in most stores.. I was lucky that I live in a less populous area compared to San Diego, based on your story most stores are selling out fast

Funko also posted about it today on FB so that may have fanned the flames some as well! I feel like it was pretty much slipping under the radar until then!

It took me 4 stores to find one at $12.99. The first store I went into told me $20 and asked how many I wanted (I didn't buy any at that price.) The next store was $20.99, the store after that was $30.99. I was about to go back and grab one for $20 when I called the last local one and they said they had them for $12.99 with a limit of 1. I zipped over there quickly and was able to grab one (and a scoop of chocolate ice cream) before they ran out. When I was at the $12.99 store, a guy came in behind me and said his local BR was only selling them in a bundle with the shirt and magnets and they wanted $80. Pretty ridiculous! I feel pretty lucky to be in an area that has so many stores, but it was quite a little adventure finding one.

Just went to 3 different 31 Flavors locations in two different cities on the hunt for the exclusive Stranger Things “Ahoy” Steve Pop and was knocked on the floor when at 2 of the 3 locations I went to I was told at location 1 where I was the second person in line when they opened that “We only have 2 and we are only selling them in a bundle with the stickers and a t-shirt for $80.00.” $80.00???!!!! NEXT! Second location after driving 15 miles to another city I was told that the price was $30.00! NEXT! Finally I found him at another location I had forgotten about that was near my house and they sold him to me for $12.99 plus tax. I per customer. I personally find it disgusting that these franchise owners would take advantage of their customers in such a blatant and unscrupulous way. I hope Funko stops offering exclusive items to retailers that are franchised such as 7-11 and now 31 Flavors as with BOTH I have experienced a level of price gouging typically only seen with the most severe types of Funko flippers.

So I just called the local shop and asked if they had any. The girl said yes, get here quick and they are $12.99. I get to the shop and she said "oh, he said it's $24.99" I said that's bait and switch and they can't do that. The owner said it's a big mess and he was just changing the price in the register and other stores are charging $33.99 and $44.99. I said that's a CHOICE, the retail is $12.99 and that's what I was quoted and isn't allowed to change the price. He said sorry. It's just pretty cruddy. I think it wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't quoted $12.99 and just walked in and it was $24.99

Tried one store about 20 minutes after open and there was nothing at all, it didn't look like they had any of the merch. There are two other stores in my area that I need to check out. I live in the sticks so it's possible I will strike out. I think it's pretty lame that stores are price gouging though.

I know not too long ago 7-11 was doing that too there was one store that was selling their pops for 100 so bucks..smart on their part really..even though it sucks.... Since most of them are franchised owned they can pretty much do whatever they want and that the price is mostly a suggestion.

Unfortunately, the retailers are the ones who approach Funko for exclusives. It sucks, but that's the way it works... Best you can hope for is that people don't spend the $30+ for them and realize that MSRP is where it's at.

Ive read about all the price gouging and it is so wrong. If they are going to sell them they should be held to strict standards. My husband was able to pick ours up this morning for $12.99 +tax.

I went at 1145 and there was 11 left. No line SD Eastlake. Price was $24.99/ limit one per party. It should be one price as it’s a big franchise!

After the price gouging that happened with the 7-11 Deadpool I definitely will not support franchises that artificially inflate the price over MSRP. I do like this version of Steve but I can live without it.
