huh, wait... the newest blog post says "Yes! A list of shared exclusives will be announced on Thursday, October 6th." (http://funko.com/blogs/news/everything- ... ko-at-nycc). Shouldn't it be Wednesday the 5th? because if it's they announce where they'll be on the same day they're sold, that's going to make it difficult to know where to go lol

I totally agree with you. Having to pay for these true NYCC exclusives on the secondary market is gonna hurt if we really want to add it to our collections.

I just assume any of them not numbered will be fairly easy to get. I'm sure HT or EB will have them, so I'm confident I'll be able to get most, if not all, of the ones I'm looking for.

I only want that Scott Pilgrim, I hate the common Scott Pop and I missed out on the SDCC 3 pack

Bistan from Rogue One looks really cool, but he's such a stupid exclusives imo! Noone knows who that character is yet. So by the the time the movie is out in cinemas he'll be so hard to find! so you have to gamble about whether or not that character is cool enough to warrant a pop :/ probably not a problem for most people, I personally just stick to main characters.

Is that Indy Pop! going to he impossible to get too!?!?!? I don't like it at all, but if I got one I could probably sell/trade it, to get the SDCC one that I really badly need.

Hawkgirl is supposedly B&N and Kitty is supposedly GameStop... those two aren't limited # pieces so they should be easy to find. B&N still had their SDCC Pops up on the website last time I checked.

I hate complaining, but I cannot believe they are going to NYCC with not a single thing for the Captain America 75th Anniversary - especially after the mega-dorbz mess at SDCC. Would it have killed them to do a Golden Age Captain America and/or Bucky instead of more Batman and Deadpool variants? I mean, Batman just got a Golden Age variant this month, but they can't do one for Cap's anniversary??

because if you remember SDCC the not numbered Indy was convention only and I'm assuming it will be the same this time and I don't like paying more than retail + shipping for any pop

The Indy Ride looks really cool...im pretty sad that Indy has 3 pops, all of which are convention exclusive or park exclusive and kind of difficult to obtain.

I completely understand that. I think many people will be disappointed if every Indy pop stays either completely Con exclusive or Disney Parks exclusive (especially for fans from overseas!). I do think there's more behind it though. It might be something with Disney not giving Funko a 'full' license and trying to regulate how and where this is being sold. That's really all I can think of. I really believe Funko would make him available to everyone if they could.

If I remember correctly, Funko said somewhere that due to licensing rights they could only make Indy POP!'s exclusive. Could be wrong but I remember hearing something like that.

yeah but why not share them between the conventions and parks at the same time, they share exclusives with HT, GS, B&N, etc, so why not have the same figure available at the parks? I have friends that live near, and either work at or have APs for Disneyland and Disney World who would be happy to help me get something since I live so far away, I don't have any friends that will do that for SDCC or NYCC despite that I would try to do that for ECCC

That Indy Ride is a MUST. The Yogi 3-pack Dorbz - must have! Hawk Girl! Stripey Batman! Batgirl! Killing Joke Joker! Qui Gon! Kitty Pryde!!

Lots of good stuff here, although I love the Indy Ride the best. I FINALLY got my Thursday NYCC badge in the mail yesterday and now have to wait to see if I win the Funko booth ticket raffle. The optimistic side of me is hoping that because it's Thursday and most likely the least busiest day of the convention, I have a better shot at winning.

That's a good call, but to be fair, they did release two variants for Cap's anniversary. Amazon and Kohl's both had exclusives. Agree that perhaps a more unique Cap variant would have been better than Chef Deadpool.

This is something that has amazed me. Disney would make so much money off of this character. Indy has 3 pops, and all of them are impossible for the average person not get.

Preach!!! No one has done much for Steven besides that tv special poor guys been ignored!! I was just saying that the lack of products for his 75th anniversary is disheartening...

I don't care if its limited numbered give the guy some love. Not just Funko but Marvel marketing in general should have milked his anniversary... lol

Yeah not sure what happened, Yoko said it would be last weekend but I guess Lev had other ideas. Not that I don't have enough to blow my money on already courtesy of Funko's announcements, but a couple of TT's rumored announcements sound intriguing :-)

I don't get it either. I totally understand if Disney wants to limit one or more Disney-themed Pops to being park exclusives. But if they're doing that, then doesn't that mean they actually want to SELL THEM in their parks? Back when the first Haunted Mansion Pops were released, I don't know how many stories I read of people going to the parks and finding ZERO of them and having to resort to eBay. And now I'm hearing similar stories with Indy. I really don't understand why a company would want an exclusive to sell in their stores and then order so little of it that it is nearly unobtainable by their average customer. Maybe they are just way underestimating how popular it will be, but good grief, place a second order and ORDER MORE! They're not numbered exclusives, Disney can order as many as they want.
