Finally got around to getting some of those baseball bat cases:

I was just able to fit the 95% of my collection into these four cases (luckily I keep my favorite POPs on display in a different room), so I'll have to grab some more the next time they go on sale.

Gah! Whenever I think I've settled on the Detolf cases, I see this bat display again and love that too.

Me too! And then I remember I've got around 100 pops and counting so it'd just be a wall of cases
But they'd be nice to do a specific set or like, GITD pops.

Re: Your display, the Funko way!
These don't include my Ghostbusters 3-pack (Gatekeeper, Zuul, Keymaster) as I haven't found a spot for them yet. Ron Weasley mystery mini is cutoff at the end by Scabbers mini and Dementor. I have about 8 that haven't made it in there yet, just need to figure out how to do it... maybe risers in the back, though my son wants a few for his room so maybe that helps

the funny thing is, I actually got the bat cases so I could free up space in my Detolf cases. I've got two CW Hot Toys figures coming later this year, so I need shelf space for that. XD
And this may not be a popular opinion, but I kinda regret getting the Detolf cases. I got both of mine several years ago, so they were the best option at the time...but I really dislike them. They aren't actually sealed up, so everything still collects dust. They are super creaky and just feel unstable (tbf part of that is the fact I live in an old house so the floors creak and shift, but still)...I have those Azar three-tier display platforms, and I could never bring myself to put a row of POPs in front of the platform because you have to put the back legs so close to the edge of the glass shelf to make everything fit, that I too paranoid something would shift and go crashing down. I just wish the Tockarp had been available when I got my cases, because yeah it's got some wood blocking the view, but its much more solidly made. That, and the shelves are adjustable, actually attach to the case itself, and holds twice the weight the Detolf can.

Can you do the bat cases without the glass? It keeps them clean but I like to see/feel/touch the characters sometimes.

They're hinged at the top, so the front lifts up really easy like. I suppose you could just take the front glass portion off, but at that point you're probably better off financially just making shelves yourself with some brackets and boards. I think the main appeal of the bat cases is that they give a great view of Pop!s while keeping dust off. At least that's the big appeal for me.

Re: Your display, the Funko way!
My display is : Where ever I can find some more space to stick a new pop or box in I do. I everytime I tell my husband I need another display case, he just rolls his eyes at me
and buys me another. with over 1400 Funko items it gets tricky to find space for them. And I am OCD and need to see my collection, if have to put them in containers in the closet then I personally do not need to collect them. It's a good thing I display 80% OOB.

Re: Your display, the Funko way!
We just started collecting a few weeks ago.
More are on the way, and our collection isn't like the majority, as I like a lot that others don't seem to like, but I am happy with them
This is how we have them for now, once we get more, we will probably have them in several places around the house.

Edited: I got 5 new ones today, adding new pics:
