Damn, Count's Ride turned out a lot cooler than I thought it would...and that metallic sheen...

Knowing TT, I'm guess a fraction of the funatics on this site will ever even see them, much less own them. Still, that GitD Wolfie looks stunning, and would look incredible with my regular Wolf Man and flocked Wolf Man book-ending him. And, again, Count's Ride...

This is tremendously frustrating lol If only TT was a company built on customer satisfaction and reliability instead of greed and lies, I'd be a lot more excited for these right now. These may as well just be concepts that will never see the light of day at this point.

I know people have complained about TT in the past, but it was relatively easy to get all the TT stuff from SDCC. I was able to snag everything I wanted at the convention and then everything was readily available online after the fact. I don't exactly remember what the prices were, but I don't think they were outrageous.

I'm optimistic for the NYCC stuff as well.

I think the SDCC ones weren't to bad to get because there weren't any crazy pieces that really stood out, not saying I didn't like them so don't get me wrong, but trust me because of hype I can already tell you at least the cereal dorbz and the metallic green ranger will most likely be hard to get.

But I hope I'm wrong or at least hopefully they produce a good amount of the TT exclusives. I wished the cereal dorbz were just Nycc exclusives, I mean I get the ride being a TT exclusive I just wished the 3 pack wasn't.

Pretty much love all the Toy Tokyo pieces this year and I'm glad they're not stuck pushing another box...for those not attending they usually bundle all their exclusives up and offer them online after the Con. Pretty sure it's actually at a reasonable price as well...

I didn't have a huge problem getting the SDCC Toy Tokyo pieces, but I have a feeling the Cereal Monster Dorbz may prove to be a bit more difficult. That Count Chocula is awesome! And the 3 pack is great! If they do sell them on their website, or in a bundle, I'm sure going to give it my best try to get them.

Really the big difference is at SDCC the Toy Tokyo items are on sale at the Funko booth. At NYCC, Toy Tokyo has a completely separate booth and line. It was definitely a mess last year.

Toy Tokyo doesn't promise anything as far as online sales. Their intent is to sell their exclusives at the con. That said, they usually do end up with enough left over that they sell them online after the con as well. It's best to watch their FB and IG pages to get hints on when they'll go up for sale, or of course you can always watch Eye on the Web here because someone will usually post about it. Their more popular exclusives can go very quickly, like within minutes of being posted. So some diligence is required.

Last year TT offered flocked Wolf Man for SDCC. I have a complete collection of the Universal Monsters so that was one of my priority pieces for SDCC. It sold out at the con and was never offered on their web site. I never saw it on eBay for less than 50 bucks (believe me, I was watching the auctions every day). I ended up paying 55 or 60 for it out of fear of missing out. It climbed higher but settled around 100 and has been there ever since. I guess what I'm saying is unless you're attending the con, steel yourself for paying more than retail for these.

Preach!!! No one has done much for Steven besides that tv special poor guys been ignored!! I was just saying that the lack of products for his 75th anniversary is disheartening... :( I don't care if its limited numbered give the guy some love. Not just Funko but Marvel marketing in general should have milked his anniversary... lol lol

We got, what the Kohls stuff and the statue of the statue and that's it? I just don't understand why Marvel and Funko aren't milking this for all its worth. I mean, jeeze if Funko didn't want to do a new sculpt, at the very least they could have done a BuckyCap repaint.

I saw a post where is said limited quantities available during signings on 7th and 9th at 1pm.

But no where can I find that it says only available during those times. I even tweeted at them about it but got no response.

I am also afraid that they will charge a crazy amount for signature or something. Never know with toy tokyo

That's a good call, but to be fair, they did release two variants for Cap's anniversary. Amazon and Kohl's both had exclusives. Agree that perhaps a more unique Cap variant would have been better than Chef Deadpool.

tbh I don't think I would be as bothered by this as I am, if they had given the Kohls exclusive the original triangular shield instead of trying to pass off the repaint shield as Commander Rogers's energy shield. Sure I would have been seriously disappointed that we didn't get a Golden Age Bucky or a BuckyCap (because it's his anniversary too), but by this point I've learned Marvel has no real intentions to merchandise Bucky in any of his forms.

But the lack of any real variant Captain America POPs - in New York of all places - just blows my mind. (and let's not forget that another Batman variant was announced for NYCC today)

Agree 100%. My problem is just being able to watch for them to be posted. I don't fare well with things like funko shop items, etc. that are posted in the middle of the day. Too many work obligations. I think I read somewhere that highly successful people don't go to meetings. I think there's some truth to that, especially if we're talking about success in getting exclusive pops!

Well, still nothing for me from NYCC, I got a little nervous when I saw the Universal Monsters logo as I scrolled down. But, a glow in the dark Wolfman is silly, so I don't need it.

I am a collector of silly lol The reason I collect Pops in the first place is because they're silly cartoony caricatures, that's what I love about them! And if they glow then so much the better :-) The glow Creature was one of my first glow Pops and is still one of my favorites, can't wait to put wolfie next to him :-)
Howdy, I'm Tres :-)

Sometimes Silly are my favorite ones. Just think of it as a bad syfi move. I definitely need him! Kinda now want a whalewolf and a sharktopus also.

With it being an exclusive I was just hoping for a lesser-known Universal Monster character like Van Helsing(okay, he's well known.), Mina Seward, John Harker, Helen Grosvenor/Princess Ankh-es-en-Amon, maybe a mole man from "The Mole People", or Kay Lawrence. I don't know I am just a big fan of the Univeral Monster movies and I would like to see more characters in POP! form.

Looking for: POP!s: Parks and Rec series 1, can be loose. Nathan MacKinnon, Patrick Roy.
