My biggest funko purchase was the VIP Threepio that was given in a Giants game. Just because I could not make it to the game so I had to shell out $$ on ebay for it. I love droids too much

I’ve only scored one grail and a common tangible nft at retail by opening packs. I had to slow down .. more so with Elf’s release. Since elf not a single tangible (ripped open at least 6-8 packs I forget). It stings lol

Yeah it only takes one lucky streak then every pack that has nada is super disappointing haha I tend to skip at least every other drop since I don't collect every line, but its hard.

Heh. I had some friends who went. But this is the kicker. A lot of them ended up eating and losing out the secondary ticket. I even offered up money to them and they still wouldn’t take me or money.

I still haven’t had an opportunity to go. I’m hoping to go one day.

Not jealous at my end. But I say that’s a damn nice investment.

Kinda reminds me of the Bruce Lee orange giants exclusive.

No one wanted it for $150 non signed and there was maybe 20 or less of them that was never signed. I truly think this was a good investment and acquired mine for $40 at the time.

Biggest Funko Purchase outside of travel costs to Fundays and SDCC would have to be Fundays ST Robin and Steve. Missed out on that Fundays that year and my Stranger Things funatic son had to have them.
Love to Collect the 80s stuff. Also chasing the OG Rocky Set. First Funko Purchase was 2012 SDCC.
