Bonus question, what is one other item that you collected besides a Pop (maybe something else from Funko or any exclusive) that you still think back fondly on.

For me...

Pop: I love my collection Conan Pops and think that they were a perfect way to celebrate SDCC.

Other: During the Deadpool Hall H event they put in bathroom toilet covers that were Deadpool themed. My friends and I managed to get some and that is framed in my bathroom at home. Makes me laugh every time I see it.

My most favorite con pop I got is the SDCC 2019 Wynonna Earp pop. It's my favorite show and I went through so much effort to get it.

One of my most cherished is the Freddy as Peter Pan pop from Wondercon 2023. It was my first time attending any con panels and they were all great and we got Pan at the end. I got it signed by Mike the next day along with Spidey Freddy. My other very cherished pop.
More Spidey Pops? Yes please! :spiderman:

Blue Chrome Batman. Got it the last day of that SDCC on my way out. And someone hooked me up super affordable for it. Just something I desperately wanted and was able to acquire.

I'm a very lucky SOB for sure.

What is that saying? Luck is the combination of preparation and something?

In this case, friends bought it as a Xmas present. So good friends maybe.

My other grails have certainly been a combination of preparation and persistence.

That is so cool. Funko's one panel at SDCC was super cool and we got some Pops at the end.

I feel the same way about my conan sets from SDCC. Going to the tapings was such a great experience, it was super sad when he decided to stop going.

Flocked Winnie the Pooh from 2012. Waited in line for about 15 min because someone asked me to pick one up for them and ended up getting one for myself. Thought it was cool and have been hooked ever since.

Conan as Iron Man. I remember always trying to get tix for the SDCC shows. In terms of collectibles besides Funkos - I love collecting/trading the nylon bags and pins that came with them.

Love all of the Scott Pilgrim SDCC Pops I have gotten over the years. But the most special is probably the Mahna Mahna and Snowths three pack from SDCC 2012 - probably because it was my first (and it was back when you just lined up to get stuff at the booth...)

Zombie Conan POP. Was the first time I had ever attended the Conan show and it was cool having his show at SDCC. Had a great time with fellow con goers.

Going to Conan taping at SDCC has been some of my most memorable sdcc moments. He would always come outside the back of the theater for autographs after the shows. It was amazing for the few years it lasted. It was so popular you would think another talk show would want to fill the void.

One my most fond memories is attached not to a pop but a sketch. I waited in line for 4 hours at Funkon II so I could have John Skewes do a sketch of Deadpool on a unicorn for me. A close 2nd though has to be remark of a Venom pop that I had done by Sam De La Rosa.

Now that he has the new travel show on Max, I am hoping he figures out a way to still have a presence at SDCC. Even if it was just live tapings of his Podcast. I haven't heard anything for this year but maybe for next year.

My most cherished is a signed nycc mikey I was given by Kevin Eastman himself at nycc 2022. I was in line for the funko booth and when he showed up he liked my hat and mask and handed me the pop. I don't collect TMNT but that one I will keep
