Most cherished Con Pop

Mine is Freddy as Yoda. I always try to get one SDCC (or Fundays) exclusive Star Wars pop each year to commemorate my attendance of SDCC for that year. This year will be 10.

I love this mission so much. I have been attending SDCC for a while now and I love the idea of adding a traditional type purchase.

My favorite con pops are the new A Bugs Life ones that came out during Wondercon and SDCC I think. I have them displayed out of box on my desk.

2012 Sdcc Loki. First con and first pop for me ever! The good days when you could just walk up. I was in front of the booth and they said “ you want to purchase a pop you see?”
Now you gotta survive zombie herds to get to them

I was looking at getting that one, as I am a big SDCC fan, but didn’t get to attend the panel where they gave it away originally. Really cool for him to do that.

My favorite Con/Fundays Pop is the brown and yellow Freddy Funko as Wolverine Pop! I still remember the excitement when our team won it! Go Wolves!!

It is a really cool one and I remember not being able to go to the panel since it was on Sunday afternoon. So it all came together by finally getting it, this time at Wondercon.

It definitely flew under the rader, but afterwards once word got out, everyone wanted a Sunday afternoon Funko panel each year thereafter. The format of the show was great, and the guests were stellar.

My most cherished Con Pop really isnt a Con Pop per say but it given to me during SDCC by the FunMaker, my son and I was walking by one of the hotels near the convention center and Mike was there taking some bags out of his vehicle and he noticed I was wearing a Funko shirt and called me over and gave me A Conan Woody Funko Pop, so to me its more of how I obtained it.

I am hoping it is their plan going forward, I mean the amount of goodwill they got from it I think was off the charts. Last year was during the strike so no talent was really at SDCC, hoping it is easier for them this year to get people to show up.

I also have that batman with SDCC50 bag. The fact that the box itself was black with gold lettering makes it look so cool. Its definitely underrated right now.

The SDCC Fundays Glow in the Dark Anakin is our favorite. The Metallic Captain America was a close second until we found out the mishap of the regular release.

Our very first Pop was a Convention Pop. The 2012 SDCC Metallic Muppets Metallic Mahna Mahna & Snowths. Definitely most cherished!
