Awesome, again...nice display. super clean and also, just noticed those sour patch kids pops! SPK are my fav...I got a massive bag of them as a graduation present at work. lol

Nice, they’re my fave too! Not sure if this was recently but if it was, congrats on graduating! :)
I’m pretty jealous of the bag of spk @___@

Thanks, I walked a few weeks ago but just wrapped up the last class about a week ago. Very happy about it. :)

Ok That's it! A couple of months of having some OOB and I can't take the dusting. Any suggestions on avoiding the dust? Cases of some sort that aren't bank breaking? I need to do the same with my lego Voltron the dust just gets in there weekly. I am going to blow out the vents see if it helps.

Store them on the top shelf of your closet. That helps with the dust. Not all of it, but most! ;-)

Ikea has some good shelving with glass doors for relatively cheap (Under $200 for a 7ft tall and 30inch wide) The baseball bat cases from Marshalls is a good display option too. They hold about 10-12 depending on size and if you wait for a deal, they can be snagged up for $20-25.

I can attest to the baseball bat cases. Got 15 pops in one of mine. They're almost perfect for out of box display.

The only thing I don't like about them is depending on how you hang them, the bottom is at a slight angle and my heavier headed pops easily fall over because it's not 100% level. It's super irritating but at least they don't fall far when they do lose their balance.

Just get a thing called mounting tape. I think 3M makes it. It's kinda like a dense foam with a type of glue on each side. Stick a little of that along the bottom edge in back while your hanging the cases and it'll both level it out and provide a bit extra hold on the wall.

Edit... a few different companies make it, but it's this sort of thing...

Yup! I'll be there with my husband and uncle on Saturday. I'll definitely check your friend's booth out. Hope to see you there.

Sweet! Sounds good :)

Didn’t run into you but got to check out HaRyGo booth. It was cool they were next to Beehive. Made for nice shopping since the rest of the funko booths were a miss in my book.
Realized I didn’t have any pictures of myself on here so you wouldn’t have been able to spot me. Hopefully next event we will run into each other.

Funny story, I was talking to this couple for 15 minutes thinking it was you and your husband because she mentioned just building shelves from ikea lol
So I go, "oh you're from the boards right??"
Then they both look at me really confused and I realized I was wrong haha.

Oh no! Haha . Are you going to SDCC or Fundays?
I was worried about that on my end but at least I had a tiny profile picture to compare to. We really didn't spend much time there though. About 2 hours in the dealer hall, 1 hour in the artist end and then an hour in the panel. SacAnime is all about the guests for me and while I wanted to see the MHA panel, it wasn't any of my favorite characters so it wasn't a huge deal.
My favorite SacAnime was when they had a few VAs from Borderlands. They had great panels including an after hours panel and we got to drink with David Eddings afterwards. They signed our pops without any drama, which is an added plus.

In Display news, Hubby got the LED light strips and all the wiring components and the light strips are cut in the desired lengths. Just a matter of taking the time to install them into the cabinet. I'm super excited about it and think I'll finally submit for Funatic of the Week with a picture in front of the display.

I went to Sac Anime last September I believe the guests that time were exciting to see! Chris Sabat himself! But if I remember correctly the MHA guest were split that weekend. Half were in SJ at crunchy roll I think? I don’t remember. I got my All Might pop signed :) and an extra to trade my buddy for his signed Deku. It was a happy weekend for me :)

Ohhhh you should totally do it!! And make sure to post the pictures here too of course lol

Oh, nice. Did you enjoy it?
Funny story, I was talking to this couple for 15 minutes thinking it was you and your husband because she mentioned just building shelves from ikea lol
So I go, "oh you're from the boards right??"
Then they both look at me really confused and I realized I was wrong haha.
Next time forsure though!

Oh no! Haha . Are you going to SDCC or Fundays?
I was worried about that on my end but at least I had a tiny profile picture to compare to. We really didn't spend much time there though. that makes sense, forgot crunchyroll was the same weekend. I wish I got to meet Chris Sabat. i had a wedding to go to out of town during September's SacAnime. My dogs were in the wedding so I couldn't skip out. It had a really good line up. i'm excited for the next one since there will be some Borderlands guests and Spike's voice actor. Hopefully they make BL pops of their characters before then. I have yet to get an anime pop signed and that really disappoints me. I struggle with wanting the English or Japanese voice actor. Not sure if I'm going to try to get Spike signed.
Hi, I’m Steph.
