Mini penguin and riddler pop?!

Mini pop for dc characters? W'ell find out. I just placed an order for penguin and Loki since those are the only ones I don't have.

Well the description says it is 4" tall, so i think it's a pop....aren't the minis 2 1/2" ?

Your right. Unless the description was copy and pasted. Other non bobble heads on the site don't say mini.

Does the first issue keep it's value once they reissue a figure? Are they considered separate?
