Re: My haul from Wondercon last week
Thanks guys...today I just found my 1st and 2nd chase in the wild, Joker and Batman. I have to say this is a good week =).
The ugly dolls GID is awesome in the dark.
Sorry, not sure what the name of the store was as my friend was driving around going to whatever toy/comic book store he saw. I was not expecting to find Pops! but Loki was just sitting there. Me and my friend bought the last 2 Loki. They sold a lot of different toys...sorry I couldn't be anymore helpful.

Re: My haul from Wondercon last week
If I find anymore Loki in the wild, I'll let the board know right away since I have access to the forum now! Btw, I might be going to a comic convention in May...I'll keep my eyes out. People are charging crazy prices for Loki!

Thank you and I am happy to be a member of the board. Before I joined, I saw so many nice people helping each other...I hope to help other members to complete their collections if I can, but only if its an item I do not want or collect =)

My haul from Wondercon last week
I just got a flyer for that SJ con when I went to a toy store the other day. My buddy is considering getting a booth or renting space from a friend.

Re: My haul from Wondercon last week
Hey Gokou, I think I was talking with that guy you bought that $15 chase from! I asked if he had any chases, he started asking me about them, and admitted that he sold one earlier for $15. Someone was bustin' his balls for doing so and told him that the chases were worth a hundred bucks. I tried to reassure him that few chases were worth that much and that most went for $40-50. A bit low, I know, but I was trying to make him feel less bad for selling it for only $15.

Were you at WonderCon last week also? Was he near Fugitive Toys? If so, it was probably him. Well, I asked him how much he was selling that piece for. He compared it with the regular one...then just bumped up the price by $5. I don't even know how much it was worth...if it was more than $20, I wouldn't have gotten it at that time. I wasn't trying to take advantage of the guy, but I just asked how much he would sell it for because there was no prices for his Pop! items. I don't think that chase is worth $100, but $40-50. Man, now he knows, I guess I can't go back to him again for chases at retail prices hehehe j/k...at least I found my first two chases in the wild for retail price today =)

They will have your Red Skull, Two Face, Brunt, and Beetle Juice regular Pops! for $10...Penguin will be $20. Oh yeah, they also may have Hal Jordan Comic Con exclusive for $10. That was how much they cost when they were at Wonder Con.

Hopefully they won't change their prices any time soon...I got Penguin from them for $9 when they they had a deal of buy 3 get each one for $27. Btw, they are willing to give discounts if you buy several. Maybe we should buy together so we can get them for $8 each haahaha

Just to be clear, it wasn't me who initially told him that the chases were worth big bucks. Apparently someone prior to me told him that he got screwed by selling a hundred dollar chase for only $15. I assured him that a hundred was way too much and that a more reasonable price was $30-40. He felt better after that.

glad to hear he felt better. 30-40 sounds about right.
