My 1st chase in the wild!

My very first chase in the wild!!! Thought this day would never come...it was a Joker.

Then came my 2nd chase...Batman! It felt great for finding my 1st and 2nd chase in the wild. Hoping to find more. Not sure which is better...finding Loki in the wild or finding chases in the wild. I was luckily enough to find both.

I found the Joke chase at Hot Topic and the Batman chase at Frys. Batman was the one I really wanted from the beginning...now, I'm looking for a Superman. Hot Topic sells their Pops for $12.50 and Frys sells them for $7.99-8.99. Any other Pops! you guys looking for? I actually found 2 Loki in S. Cali last week after Wondercon.

but if ever you are selling that Joker chase, let me know! I would love him for my Bat collection! Also have a Glow Starchild for trade :p

For sure...if I decide to get rid of him, you'll be the first I'll contact. Do you have any other GID? I have the Ugly Dolls Ninja Batty Shogun. I'm liking the GID chase. Who else are you looking for so I can keep my eyes out? I'm wiling to help other members. BTW, what other chases do you have?

I'm only interested in Joker, Batgirl, Robin, Riddler, and Penguin chases. I have a KISS Starchild GITD chase, but that's it for now. If you need any other Pop!s, let me know too. I will definately keep my eyes open if you need some to add to you're collection.

Congrats on your finds. I found a Riddler chase my first real time out looking, my subsequent trips haven't been as successful. Keep your eyes peeled for a glow Jason Voorhees, wouldya?

KISS Spaceman is my only chase in the wild so far. i'm glad i found it, but really wish it had been someone else. finding one KISS chase makes me feel like i need to find all four. i display my figures out of the box, and it's a little silly to see one face glowing, and not all of them.

I didn't think I was either until one day about 3 months ago when I decided I had to have all the horror chases. I shouldn't have waited so long. ](*,)

I'm actually trying to get a Sulley but I know its gonna be a tough task...I should have kept the Loki's I had. I had an army of 4, found them for retail prices too. My friend took one and sold 2, before I found this forum. I'm also looking for a Superman chase but don't want to buy it for ebay's price. I would trade the Loki for Superman chase before when I had 3...but not now. I sold the Loki for $50 because I thought that was how much I could get the Superman chase for but apparently its more.

Did you try checking out Fry's Electronics? They sell Pops! there.

I WISH there were Frys here where I lived, but nope. Frys are really good for Pops, for sure. I wonder how many hidden places actually sale Pop around here. I know Mike said he found some at a record store in Sacramento. So there are places like that, that I would have never thought to check.

I heard they also sell them at FYE...I've seen them at comic book stores but not much places sell them. I think they will because it seems like their fan base is starting to grow.

Good idea Elaine. I'm going to have to do that instead of driving around. I usually only make pit stops if the store is in the vacinity of where I'm at at the time. I would FLIP if I found a chase I actually needed

It's cool to find chases, but just unfortunate that it's not ever the ones I desire.

I only go to the places I know that sells Pop!...I was thinking of not going to Fry's or Hot Topics today, but I'm glad I did because thats where I found my chases...the rest of the places I went to didn't have anything I needed or wanted.

Yeah the local record store in Sacramento is Dimple records and that happened when tower records was going under. They carry the music pops.

I'd love the horror chases but I wouldn't collect the regs. I have 2 Frys some what local that I have not checked out yet. With all the success I've heard about that place I will have to check them out next week

You are so lucky to have 2 Fry's near you...I have to drive for 45 minutes just to get to one. Fry's has all sort of Pop! They have the music, Disney, DC, Marvel, and Movie Pop!...Good luck on finding the chases. Let me know what you find next week.

Good luck Mike! Frys BY FAR have had the most pop in one location I have seen. I had to actually look around the store some to find them (do to the size of the store), but its cool.

The only thing I don't like about Fry's Pop! is that they put their sticker on it and use masking tape on the boxes.

I posted in the pop hop thread, but I went to Fry's last night, found like 5 Riddlers on clearance, they had a bunch of other pop, most were sold out and the racks were almost empty. They had all the Kiss figures, and some marvel and DC left. They had a Penguin on clearance as well, but that box was beaten pretty bad. No chase pieces. Nothing I needed, but I plan to hit up another Fry's this weekend.

Mine had a whole shelf down an aisle full of funko stuff. There were a bunch of Elvis wobblers, a ton of the Movie Thor wobblers, all the pops, and even some plushies. Hopefully the one I go to this weekend has more.

Dang ;( I want to hear some good news for you collectors! I know how anxious I get when I check for Pop in a store and see the art of a Robin or Joker on the top of a box that is hidden deep in a shelf... just hoping to pull out a chase for my collection... but nothing... just another regular.

Frys by my house by far is the biggest retailer with pops they have tons. If anyone needs a yoda let me know so we can work something out cuz they have a ton. No hon solos. I'm not a big star wars fan but I'll keep my eye open cuz I know a lot of ppl like him.

I've been told by one of the reps for fugitive toys that they will mail out a chase piece, if its the next one pulled out of the pack, instead of a regular, but I haven't heard of anyone saying this has been the case for their order. Others here also say fugitive toys hold, and do not sell, their chases. So, don't know.

That is a good question...I always wondered if anybody was lucky enough to get a chase when they ordered a regular one. I guess Fugitive Toys rep. are giving us different answers. Don't know what to believe now.
