I'm a big fan of BBTS (Big Bad Toy Store = bigbadtoystore.com).
If you buy other items and you're patient, you can save some money with their Pile-of-Loot feature. It allows you to buy items but hold them in your pile and wait to ship them when you're ready. The shipping cost is based on weight, so after the initial shipping fee, the shipping cost doesn't go up too much (I've added things to my pile before that didn't make the shipping cost go up at all). They have great customer service too. I've used them to pre-order and buy a lot of POP!s.

My buddy that buys A LOT of action figures goes through that site as well for that pile your loot option.
