Todd's Proto Sales Question

Postby batmanfunatic92 » Sat May 05, 2012 7:25 pm

Have any of you who've bought items from Todds sales on or after the 26th of April already received your items? I noticed Carol already got her Freddy protos and they were listed 4 days after I bought my horror protos. Starting to get a bit worried that I haven't received them. Thanks for any info.

I haven't received any of my items either. Been 8 days now. Glad to hear I'm not the only one that hadn't received anything.

Todd's Proto Sales Question

Postby Forte82 » Sat May 05, 2012 8:15 pm

Im assuming he prob set a day aside where he would package everything, labeled and shipped. To think that he would do shipments everyday, to me seems unlikely. I would think he picked a free day and sent a bunch all at once. I would say to give it another full week before you get worried. But I would think be worried more for the USPS mishaps than his. Just my opinion.

That's where my worry is. On the postal service. I'll just try not to think about it :)

Todd's Proto Sales Question

That's what I'm trying to do. Not think about it too much. But I think I might be one of the most impatient people in the world.

Heh I'm also impatient and I look at my house for my chases already

I'm sure he got or is getting them all out. Let's remember between his protos, chase and rares. He's probably flooded with orders and is probably getting everything in order to avoid any issues.

I just hope all are sent out insured based on the fact everyone is ordering some tough to find stuff. I think ups ground is automatically insured for $100

Why don't you just ask him? Todd's a good guy, doesn't bite, and would probably rather see these sorts of questions directly on the other forum.

I'm pretty sure Todd has a lot of things going out. I have bought 2 times so far and he is pretty quick. I'm waiting on another load of stuff but not sweating it. It'll show up.

I can be pretty slow getting one or two things mailed out but he's shipping out MANY packages... I'm certain everyone will get their goodies.

Who else would he sell them to? Ladies at the flea market? For whatever reason, he's selling for himself & just happens to be selling to collectors. Besides, he put a lot of money into that collection so it would be nice for him to get a little cash for it from people that know what it is and want it.
